Mattress on a firm side. Tip: don’t pay for breakfast, it’s a street food place next to hotel. Not the cleanest place ( got a refund from the hotel).

Pleasant experience, was pretty clean, respectful stuff. Many things are included in the bathroom: toothbrush and toothpaste, razors, q tips, shower gel, shampoo, plenty of towels. Area is good for washing around, close to the lake. Felt like an upgrade after Bali:)

Apt above a little noisy, also,.the washing machines all al in a column space outside of the main bedroom, if a room above on any of the floors.puts a wash on late at night it is quite noisy in your bedroom..

Lovely location local lake streets. Superb staff, very pleasant. Good facilities. Everything worked. Decent TV channels,.Washing Machine. Fridge. Good wifi. A home from home. Very secure. Recommended.

Its a bit far from the entertainment hub of Hanoi.

The staff were great, helping with activities and arrangements. Super friendly. The room was perfect and comfy. It was cleaned and restocked daily. Next door was a lovely coffee shop. There is parking for bikes under the hotel. There's a gym.

The room I reserved didn’t have and windows but this wasn’t clear from the listings. I was able to upgrade for an extra fee.

The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The gym was useful for its size.

Sometimes, it was hard to get a Grap to the old quarter. If you want to see the real Hanoi, this is the place to stay.

Location required a one hour walk or a $3-5 taxi/ grab ride. Walking around the neighborhood there are also some restaurants but streets are pretty bad there. Gym was open technically 24 hours but it was used by staff to sleep and for luggage storage and had glass doors to the lobby

They are trying. Exchange rate they offered (they warned us to be fair) was awful. We had junior suite and plenty of space - that was great. Pretty clean but not barefoot. Nice walk to the lake.

There was a little bit of grime and wear and tear in the bathroom which is to be expected as the rooms aren't new but the rooms were clean. The gym was very small and dated.

The staff were accommodating the room was very big and super cheap. There was a small gym available too. Beds were comfy as well. It's a very quiet area that's close to the water so made for a lovely walk into the centre.

Room is quite large, with a washing machine too! The kitchen is stocked, and there a large sitting area. There is a pretty good sized fitness room with awesome massage chairs that we somehow got included in our stay, which was a perk. It’s quiet at night also.

Not super clean but clean. Saw one insect in the room but I want to say some other hotels are worse. Also maybe used pesticide once during our stay (the smell was not pleasant).

Staffs are good. Price is really nice. Our room had free laundry machine.
