Have no controls for request. Needs procedures, make clients sign a order to avoid mistakes. misunderstood or argue with clients. They charge me a service that I was considering to maybe use or not.

Everything was just as good as promised. The place was clean, wifi was good but I would say the best part of the stay was the staff. They were SO nice and professional. We came back to the room at 4 AM and as we got there, without hitting a button or phoning anyone, they opened the door for the hotel and we were in. Really amazing.

Great staff, really friendly and helpful. Quiet, too, which was a real plus after a lot of travelling. Good part of Hanoi, new build, everything worked fine, and our room had a washing machine, which was also useful after travelling.

Clean and comfortable stay at a good price. Hotel apartment was large and spacious with very good amenities - hair dryer, kitchen with microwave and fridge, tvs, safe, washer etc etc. Location is good, just a stones throw from west lake with many cafes in the vicinity. Neighbourhood feels safe and lively as well. Receptionists were very pleasant and proactive and always offered their services when they can which was really welcoming. Gym was comfortable although a tad small. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I will certainly be back again whenever I happen to be in the area.

Nothing - everything was perfect for us.

Check-in was smooth and we were very happy with the room. It was clean and spacious. Two AC units kept the main living room and the bedroom cool. There was a problem locking the balcony door, but this was fixed immediately without any inconvenience. Thanks to everyone working there for a comfortable and smooth stay - we'd definitely stay here again.

Since there are some people living there longer term it was noisier than a regular hotel as it's basically serviced apartments in a residential building but with some hotel amenities like 24 hour reception, snacks and drinks, gym... Maybe they should encourage residents to close their doors when playing music and not to shout in the common areas like the stairs. There was no noise at night, just normal daytime noise.

The room was very nice and well stocked, smart TV with Netflix was a nice touch, amazing shower, great to have a fridge and washing machine for longer stays. Bed was firm but very comfy, everything was clean.
