Staff were very helpful and friendly. Spoke great English and aimed to please. Rooms made up as soon as you go to breakfast. Close to night markets but far enough away that it is quiet at night.

I had the room with the pool access and it was plenty spacious for me, with a good layout. The fan and air conditioning is great as you have options for how cool you want to make it. The bathroom is spacious and good water pressure. The linens were clean and beach towels provided. I loved having the doors open, looking out onto the pool at night before bedtime. The staff were friendly and super helpful with ideas and providing information on things to do. Being next to the Old Town is great and it is a short stroll to be in the thick of it, but quiet enough you feel you are in a neighbourhood.

When the pool is being filled no water reaches the rooms so it would make sense to do that only in the early morning hours.

Centrally located but on a quiet street, with modern spacious and clean rooms. Staff were helpful and we were allowed to store our luggage and use communal shower after check out.

This place is superb. It is in an excellent location, right near the markets and easy walk to the ancient town. It was cool and comfortable and just so special. The staff were AMAZING. They got us a nice welcome drink then explained things any the area. They booked tours and transfers for us and came out to wave goodbye when we left. We honestly did not want to leave.

This was our favourite hotel in all of Vietnam!! The staff are so lovely and very helpful. We planned all our activities through them and used all their recommendations for an amazing time in Hoi An. The room was huge, clean and serviced daily. The location was also great and not too busy, 10 minutes walk to everywhere. Breakfast was a lovely touch. I cannot wait to come back and would recommend this hotel to everyone!!

The only small issue we had was the power in the room went a few times. This seemed to be an issue with key card in the end but staff got this sorted very quickly!

The hotel was lovely and in a great location, less than a 5 minute walk into the center of the ancient town. The room was spotless and a really good size, staff were very helpful when needed!

Two ladies at the reception were friendly, extremely helpful and very attentive, quickly organizing my car to and from Da Nang, a coconut boat tour and also helping me out when I had some serious trouble with one of the restaurant in town, which I really appreciated. Also the two cleaning ladies were very friendly too and they always greeted me with a lovely smile. It’s in a great location close to the night market, within walking distance of the old town, but in a quiet area. Everything was so clean, the breakfasts were good. The room was comfortable and spacious with a beautiful balcony. Great value for money too. I would definitely stay there again anytime. Highly recommended !! Thanks to great staff for making my stay so special.

For a small hotel it was perfect

Staff, location and comfortable rooms. Everything was clean,the breakfasts were good and the small outdoor pool a great place to cool down. We were very happy to stay here for 9 days and would come back here again anytime. Thanks to the great staff for making our stay so good.

There are no souvenir shops open in the daytime, and crossing the bridge is inconvenient at night due to the congestion by tourists. The toilet had this weird smell as a result of old pipes.

Breakfast was homely, location was out of the city centre but five minutes away from the night market. If you enjoy a good CP ratio/ value for money proposition and don't mind staying in a villa-type hotel, this is good for you. I highly recommend the Mylo Spa and the Madame Lau restaurant nearby. The host was helpful in offering tour packages when we first entered the hotel, and was willing to let us remain in the lobby while we waited for our grab transport.

Building works going on next door. We had the top room with a balcony. Please note that this room has beautiful tall ceilings but the balcony has a low ceiling hanging over it. If you want a better balcony I’d recommend the one on the floor beneath it. It’s not obvious from the photos.

Lovely room which was well decorated and clean. Loved having a balcony and hanging out after a long day out in Hoi An. The location was amazing. It’s a short walking distance to the market and the main spots. The staff were super friendly and they provided us with advice and tips. We rented two bicycles to explore the villages and rice fields. This was one of our highlights. The breakfast was very good and had all we needed. I particularly enjoyed the Cao Lau - actually liked it more than many of the dishes at the restaurants!

There's nothing that we didn't like about this accomodation. Everything was perfect

Our best stay in Vietnam! The staff were SUPER nice! They were messaging me until our arrival and even helped us plan everything for the one day we had in Hoi An. They gave us a motorbike for the day and made sure we were accomodated and had everything we needed. Breakfast was also so good and they had many options! Would 100% recommend this

I liked everything.

We loved staying at the Volar de Faifo Villa in historic Hoi An. The staff at the hotel especially on the Front Desk are very warm, kind & welcoming. They arranged taxis & a trip to My Son Sanctuary for us. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the river & the historic old city but situated on a quiet lane so you feel you are in a very calm place. I really cannot recommend this hotel enough - especially the incredibly warm reception we received for our special trip. thank you!

the doors are not sound proof, I could hear neighbours coming in and out of their room quite loudly and I could hear them when they laughed. might be good to have something to block the noise from under the door. other than that, everything was wonderful!

the staff were great. really really sweet and helpful. felt like good home cooked food in the kitchen. good to see staff helping the kitchen out too, shows good teamwork !

Wifi can be improved as it was quite slow most of the time. If you want to pay by card, there is an extra fee of 3%. The room was also smaller than what is advertised in booking.com

The staff was very friendly and always accommodating any requests that we had. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. The hotel was also close to the town centre (around 10 minutes on foot).

We can't recommend Volar de Faifo Villa enough ! This hotel truly exceeded our expectations .Our room was extremely cosy, and facilities were well maintained and clean. Location is perfect and very close to Old Town. The best part of everything is the fantastic staff . A special thanks to the lovely ladies Ms TRAM and Ms TRANG who were the warmest hosts. They catered to every need of ours and made us feel very welcome and comfortable . They helped us with renting an excellent bike , taxi to Da nang . They even personally guided us to a pharmacy as my wife fell ill . Truly exceptional service and we were treated like family :) . The owner/Chef had kindly provided us with fantastic options for our vegan breakfast too. We will definitely be back here and highly recommend this wonderful place :)
