There was nothing I did not like about my stay here.

It was a perfect stay in Saigon. The room was super clean and equipped with everything you might need on a trip including a fridge, AC and a safe. The bed was comfy and there is a private bathroom too. Despite the perfect location in the District 1 area it was quiet at night so I did get a proper rest after days full of sightseeing. The main treasure on this place, however, is Vy - the host of the place. She is the most helpful and friendliest host you’re gonna meet in Vietnam and the hospitality is out of this world. On the arrival Vy shares a printed self-prepared map of the city with all the important bits marked there - what to see where to eat how to navigate in the city - and I was relying fully on her experience of the city. She’s also super helpful in case you encounter any extraordinary issue. Whether it’s you next or first time in Ho Chi Minh (as in my case) have no second thoughts - Vy’s Hostel is the best choice to make!

Only stayed for a night but it was a lovely place. The owner even gave me a map of district 1 and sat me down with a cup of coffee to show me her favourite places to eat, drink, etc. Above and beyond service and I couldn’t be happier.

It's located in a great area within walking distance of the main tourist spots in the area. But if you don't want to walk in the heat, you can get a Grab taxi car via the app, for around €1 (yes 1 Euro) to any of the tourist attractions like the war museum or the market. The owner was super friendly and gave detailed advice on what to visit on such a short stay. The nightlife party street is a 5 minute walk but you cannot hear anything from the room at night

Finally I found a soft bed in Vietnam! So comfy. Quiet air con. No loud noise at night. The owner was very helpful pointing out areas of interest and where to buy bus tickets etc.

I had a great time. Miss Vy gave me the warmest welcome and explained everything a bit with her own tour map and some information. I could also go to the room a little earlier, which was also super nice. The Guesthouse was exactly as described. I could sleep well, and it was clean. I would come again."

Super nice place! The rooms are quite small, but still have everything you need (fridge, closet, big comfortable bed, aircon, ...) and enough space to place your luggage. The location is amazing, you're right in the center but it's still very calm and you don't hear any noises at night. The owners are super friendly and gave us a great map and lots of information about things to see, where to eat etc. so since we only had one day that was a great help! Would always come back here!

The owner was the best part about the property. Welcomed us with a map and in-depth guide to Ho Chi Minh and drinks. The room was clean and comfortable, good facilities, great location, very close to walking street but you cannot hear the music so can sleep well. Housekeeping available upon request, we were given bananas throughout our stay

What is not to like?! Everything was just perfect. Owner very helpful with massive knowledge and full of advices where to go and what to do. Room was spotless and fresh with very comfortable bed. Great location with walking distance to most of the attractions in the city.

Don't expect 5 star hotel but for the price, we were very happy with what we've got.

This was a clean place, located in the heart of HCMC. We walked from here everywhere we wanted to go so the location was a big plus to us. However, the biggest plus here is the hostess - she made us welcome to Vietnam (this was our 1st and 2nd night here), and gave us a lot of tips. She also gave us a map and guided us to what should we see/say/expect. And since she spoke English well it was really easy to ask here more questions as we were discovering the place.
