Lock on balcony door was not really working.

Very clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast satisfactory. Location good. I was concerned whether this property would be at the standard we like given the price but was very happy with the quality of the room.

Bring a street map with the names of local streets so you won't get lost in the narrow streets and alleyways.

We had to get dropped off at the small side street because our shuttle van couldn't go down it.

We were allowed early check-in at the hotel. The room has a fridge and kettle. The bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was good with a couple of options to choose from. Stored our luggage for us as we had a later train to catch in the evening.

The bicycles could have been better. Honk, lights, multiple speed. A bit expensive for very basic bikes without much equipment.

Our room had a green Exit light over the unused stairway door so we needed to wear eye blinds to sleep at night due to the brightness. Could also hear noise in the pipes when neighboring rooms used water in the bathroom.

Nicely run hotel with elevator, spacious dining area. We liked the kitchenette with rice cooker. Nice to have a small desk for remote work. Good storage spaces for belongings even though the room is very small. All staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped resolve an issue with our bus booking and paid for our taxi to go to a bus station that was a little farther away because their initial booking fell through. Nice variety of breakfast options.

We saw cockroach in the room and manage to kill it. The breakfast was just normal, you have a choice to choose one food and one drink from the list, but the taste were just so-so.

The hotel is seem like quite new. The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel in a small lane which is away from the busy main road is good. They provides Netflix and Youtube channels which is very good for guests to relax in the room.

The hot water in the shower didn’t last more than 10 mins. The rain made a loud noise on our ceiling which made it hard to relax and fall asleep.

The staff were exceptionally lovely and spoke great English. The rooms were very clean and have free toiletries.

Love this place! Most of all, the staff. They are so helpful and friendly. The beds are super comfortable. The location is great, just around the corner from walking street, but still quiet at night. They organised a good value, a super comfortable taxi for me to the airport. Super laundry service right across the street. I have actually stayed here on 2 occasions, and I will return for a third stay the next time I visit Hue.

The room was small and the hotel is down a small street that a car cannot go down. The bed was a bit firm for my taste.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and communicated well. Breakfast was good. Clean room with a European feel/standard. The location was close to the tourist center, but still quiet.

Floor seemed to be constantly wet along flooring joins - but was only a small issue. The room was otherwise very nice and staff kept room clean and tidy every day.

Comfortable room, close to many restaurants and cafes. Very helpful and lovely staff. Good breakfast - eggs, baguettes, smoothies and pancakes. Separated rooms for toilet, shower and wash basin. Had small balcony and washing machine/dryer.

Just the breakfast was a little disappointing in terms of the selection compared to the other hotels we had stayed in.

The apartment was situated down a quiet alley but only one street away from the main eating places and very close to the Walking Street area that is created on Fri, Sat and Sun nights. It was a spacious apartment with full facilities and a balcony with a great view. Very easy access via a lift. Staff were really helpful with recommending trips and organising a shuttle to the airport. Hue is a great place to stay after the bustle of Ha Noi or Ho Chi Minh and within easy travelling time to the coastal spots.

My room had a window but to the corridor, though it had a curtain, which i just kept closed. Thats the only thing i can say here at all.

The Citadel is not too close, have to take a Grab to get there. Kitchen could have more equipment.

Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, location near restaurants and bars, nice view from the balcony. Washer wasn't expected, but was great addition. Quiet street.
