Our room was very quiet and clean. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options available. They took care of our luggage after checkout which we appreciated. Walking street is a small walk away and we found a great Korean restaurant nearby.

I have nothing to complain about, but I personally would have liked a larger or different selection of food for breakfast. But that's just my preference.

Absolutely amazing hotel with top notch staff. The hotel is beautiful, with a view of the city. The staff took care of us upon arrival, welcomed us with a welcome drink, took our suitcases to our room. The room was clean and well equipped with a beautiful design. Nothing to complain about. The hotel pool is a very pleasant place to relax. You don't have to take towels from your room, the staff has already prepared them by the pool. The staff was really helpful. It was the best accommodation experience in Vietnam so far.

As an opportunity it would be great if allergen information was included on the restaurant menu. For example, put a G beside dishes that are gluten free and a DF beside items that are dairy free. Nobody really does it in Vietnam but its common in western countries. I have dietary restrictions and it makes eating while travelling a bit of a nightmare. Other guests like me would find it very helpful and as a bonus would probably end up eating most their meals in your hotel.

This hotel is unreal. Super luxurious. One of the nicest hotels I stayed at during my trip to Vietnam. Great Value. You’d pay $400 a night for a hotel like this in Australia. The rooms are clean, large and modern. Great location. 5 minutes to walking street. 10 minutes to the imperial city. The roof top pool and restaurant area is really nice. The gym is even good which is a rarity in Vietnam. Haven’t seen a better one. You can do a proper workout here. My favourite thing though was the service. Everyone was so lovely and helpful, particularly the reception staff. Special shoutout to Quy and Thao. You girls are brilliant. The hotel is lucky to have you. Thanks for a great stay! I thoroughly recommend.

Only thing that can be enhanced is the smell in the hall from the restaurant to the elevator and the hall from the pool to the elevator

Very clean rooms wijt comfortable bed. Location ideal when visiting the imperial city (20 min walking). Hotel staff very friendly. They can arrange transport, motorbikes etc. Breakfast very good and extensive. Pool good.

The room seemed a little small for the money that we paid. But we made it all work out. I did not like being delayed from leaving after checking out. I was told that staff was going to check my room to make sure I didn’t forget anything. That’s not the truth. The delay must be so that staff can make sure we didn’t take anything and given the quality level of this hotel, I don’t think it’s nice to treat clients that way. We never take anything that is not ours. The staff tried to be cheerful about it, but it seemed dishonest to say they were checking to make sure that we didn’t leave anything behind.

The property is lovely, well kept, and very clean and sparkling. All of the staff were amazing, supportive, and helpful. The property is in a very good location. The views, pool and patio are beautiful. Loved being outside there. Very good breakfast buffet, too.

Rooms were noisey from the street traffic but earplugs fixed that so it wasn’t an issue. If you’re a light sleeper, take earplugs!

Absolutely immaculate accomodation. We had interconnected rooms, the rooms were perfect in every way possible. One of our rooms had amazing views across the Perfume River and we could also see the Citadel. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic (you have to have the Bun Bo Hue). Staff were lovely.

Good location and ideal for our 1 night stay before our bike trip to Hoi An. Interesting room layout and design but had a great view of the city. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool or facilities but looked good

The air conditioning is not cool sometimes.

The employees are friendly and helpful. The location is good. It only takes you 10 minutes to go to the river side and then walk. The view is good. We can see the river, bridges and sunset in the room.

Great location, not right in the town which can get noisy at night but within walking distance of everything/easy to get a taxi anywhere further. Room was nicely designed with a huge window. Staff were absolutely lovely and breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Pool area was great and gym was well equipped.
