The toilet flush pressure is too low. Sometimes you need to wait to refill the water tank enable to flush the toilet. The rest are okay

the location and the size of the bed. Single bed is big enough for 1 person which i really like and comfortable. It is also walking distance to Mall, Walking street and have mini mart on the opposite side of the hotel. The hotel is old but the linen smells clean and not old.

Overall is fine. Nothing to say particularly. Would be better if we can have easier access to the reception if we don’t see someone to host us.

Overall stay was good, would stay again. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tammy at breakfast was fantastic 10/10 (Loved her ice coffee's) along with the young lady that was on reception in the evening.

Need to change a new bed sheet and new pillow cover as often as possible.

Breakfast was excellent and convenient on the ground floor. The daily changed noodles from made to order station was a terrific option in addition to the hot/cold Western/Vietnamese foods offered. A big smile from Ms. Tammy and she always remembered what you had last time, thanks for Ca Phe Muoi she made for us,10 points for TAMMY. The entire breakfast team were all extremely friendly and helpful. Great service. Doorman Philip was helping us to carry our heavy luggage during checking in and checking out. We stayed 9 nights before going to Vung Tau for 1 night, then came back to stay 4 more nights before leaving Vietnam. We will come back again if stay in Sai Gon next time.

Itchy

2 single bed merging to each other. It's not a king bed. I and my fiancee felt itchy all night while turning on the airconditioner. Eveything was good but not clean that much.

It was not always easy to tell which of the breakfast dishes were meat free.

Location. Close to the riverfront. Dong Khoi and Nguyen Hue were both within less than ten minutes walk. Staff were helpful. The reception staff were very good Room was quite big and well maintained.

We had to see three different rooms to have one with no broken windows, dirty sheets or broken closet.. for such an hotel. We've never seen anything like this.

The breakfast was very nice and Tammy, the person preparing it was lovely and helpful. Special mention for this person. The price we paid was 1/4 the actual price so this justify this grade...

Room don't have nice ventilation system. Morning 4:30am there was too much smell of cigarette in my room and toilet which woke me up with bad headache

Hotel is located on walking distance nearby the main attractions. Room is good enough for solo traveler or couple. Breakfast had different varieties and was good. Staff is well experienced in speaking English. Halal restaurants are nearby too on walking distance.

This hotel has been refurbished well from an older hotel. Some of the amenities in the room (wardrobe, chairs, bathroom) are a bit dated but very functional and didn't take away from the experience.

Breakfast was excellent and convenient. The omelet/made to order station was a terrific option in addition to the hot/cold items offered. The staff really are the stars of the experience from the doorman helping with my luggage the front desk receptionist (checking in/checking out) the cleaning crew (new linens and fresh towels) and the entire breakfast team were all extremely friendly and helpful. I was with my wife and two year old son and that causes numerous challenges when traveling. The room was very clean and good size to accommodate a family of three.

I could not fault this hotel, value for money was good, staff were excellent, Therese, Tammy, Phillip led by the very competent Grace who puts every guest at ease with her confident approach and welcoming to guests.

Breakfast started each morning with a big smile from Tammy and she always remembered what you had last time, great service. Therese room servicing was quick and done with a smile as was the laundry service.

Trivial as it may seem, the room did not have a bottle opener- not great if you like to bring your own bottled beer and wine. Luckily the front desk could raid the kitchen for me :-)

Good breakfast options, and the cleaning lady (Lanh) was helpful. Location was very convenient.

There wasn't any I didn't like.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was fantastic, close to most of District 1 attractions. Breakfast was good, exactly what you need for a day of site seeing.

Hot temperature of the aircon. Must upgrade to a higher horsepower to cool the room. Housekeeping putting a garbage bag on the trash bin at the CR must push down the plastic to accommodate trash.

I honor Tanny for a very excellent customer service. Breakfast is good with different variety everyday. The room is big and cleaned daily.
