The basement where we had breakfast was quite basic and it could do with a freshen up, it would of been nice to be able to open the french doors and have an option of sitting outside.

Really friendly staff, who were very professional, and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. Spacious room, which was really clean, nice views of lake.The Road outside was busy, but quiet at night. Good location for us, plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

It would be great to have some information in the rooms - about the kind of services the hotel offers or can help you with - laundry, ironing, breakfast, taxis, tours, the closest medical centre. And some information from the restaurants that are in the area - addresses, menus, opening hours - to help reduce the legwork and guesswork.

I was travelling alone and stayed for ten nights. The room was very comfortable and the location is great. The lake is truly beautiful and there are restaurants close by - and lots more if you wander around the lake (but don't go adventuring in the middle of the day - it's way too hot!). A small convenience store is very close to the hotel and a bigger store and plaza just up the road. The staff are the stars of the hotel - they are wonderful! They did everything to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Thank you!

We stayed here on three occasions, whilst in Vietnam, as it was close to where my daughter lived. The staff were so nice , really friendly, and went out of their way to help you they were an asset to the hotel. Our room was spacious with a view over the lake. There's a main road right outside, which is busy, but it was very quiet at night. We were made to feel at home here and really enjoyed our stay.

Great staff. The hotel is clean and beautiful. The grapefruit tree in front of the door was full of fruit and beautiful, the staff invited us to eat grapefruit. What a beautiful memory. The hotel is filled with flowers and warmth. Thank you Wild Lotus Hotel

Great small hotel with very customer friendly staff. Can be a bit noisy in the evening as a bar on one side with outdoor service. However, it closes quite early. Can only recommend it!

The weather in Hanoi is cold but thanks to the hotel we felt warmer. Very good service. Delicious meal. Clean, beautiful room. We went to Da Nang for a few days, when it was warm, we returned to Hanoi and stayed here.

Love this hotel very much. Professional service. The hotel that provides motorbike rental in Hanoi is very thoughtful, showing us attractive tourist destinations. It was cold and rainy in Hanoi during the days we stayed, the hotel provided us with raincoats, and every day they offered us ginger tea to warm us up. Thank you very much hotel. You guys are as professional as 5 stars.
