At a 5 star hotel, you shouldn’t have to pay extra for a latte.

For everything extra you had to pay; there are many things to get at the resort (inflatables for the pool, kindergarten activities), but often it required surcharges, which for a similar 5* resort is a little bit unnecessary

1. The level of service provided by the staff was less than satisfactory. Upon arrival, we received no assistance with our luggage or any sort of welcoming gesture. In addition, the lack of a currency exchange service was quite surprising. We found ourselves in need of Vietnamese Dong during a morning out and assumed we could exchange money at the hotel. Unfortunately, this service was not available, a fact I found astonishing. The staff seemed very indifferent to our desperation. We ended up obtaining cash from a nearby spa shop. 2. The quality of food at the hotel restaurant was deeply disappointing. We opted for room service and found the french fries to be overly soggy. The Tom Yum Goong soup we ordered was served in a remarkably small portion. Considering the scarcity of dining options in the vicinity, the hotel should prioritize offering high-quality food to incentivize guests to dine in. 3. The room price did not include breakfast, which is unusual compared to similar accommodations in the area. I had previously stayed in another five-star resort in Nha Trang, where an excellent breakfast was included in a similar price range. Only four small bottles of water were provided and if you want more, you have to pay. I have never encountered this even when I was staying at a smaller hotel in central Nha Trang. Overall, while the facilities of the hotel are commendable, the services and amenities do not meet the standards of a five-star rating. For the price range, there are better options available in Nha Trang.

Very spacious two story villa with a well-equipped kitchen, although no kitchen utensils were provided. Nice environment.

The pool was dirty with dead frog in it. House sleeping arrived very late afternoon for cleaning. They forgot to take the trash in the kitchen. We needed extra towel in the room.

I like the villa for a big group like my family do we can gather.

Spacious villa with comfortable areas for the whole family, where the children can play in the pool, we can gather for the meal in the dining space, we can even work on our laptops on the long comfy table while others enjoy their sleep in the bedroom, the beach is perfect too, perfect for swimming in the morning and afternoon, and the sand is perfect for running in the afternoon when the tide is low. Highly recommended!

The restaurant is not very good, in spite of large choices. We should have brought some food to cook, the kitchen of the villa is well equiped.

The villa is big, amazing, very comfortable. Having the small swimming pool just for us is so nice. Staff is responding. We got one of the best massages ever. The common swimming pool is very large and gives a beautiful view to the beach. Beach is sandy and really clean Breakfast is expensive but worths it, large choices and delicious food

All villas are same sizes (3 bed-room). If u book 1 bed room villa, the other 2 rooms will be locked ( very inconvenient). Nice kitchen, but no cookware or utensils. Seemed to be understaffed at the restaurant, so slow service

I would say the beach (not what they control) but the waves were too big.

The room was big,it has a small swiming pool.The staff at the check-in counter were very nice and friendly.also,if you want something like a ride to the beach,you can call the staff via the phone in the resort house or ask one of the staff to talk via the walkie-talkie.The location and price are great.I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a place to relax on their holiday. 5/5

soo bad situation with diversity food. breakfast always the same. we could extend our stay there more, if they have more menu for daily food. i really didn’t have options what to eat there, because they can cook normal only pasta. other food is too Vietnamese (my stomach can’t allow Vietnamese food, chicken with bones only, they don’t cook grilled filet for example, but its so easy). and nearby no other options where u can to eat, only hotel restaurant. one man from f&b had unprofessional behaviour and we had too much misunderstanding situations with him, and he had very bad smell that we should open all doors to ventilate villa after his presence if he served our dinner

great ocean view, amazing beach. in villa u have all facilities needed (excluding dish, for this u should pay extra, and its weird). villa is almost clean, but we had control how housekeeping work because they can make some mistakes. stuff is usually friendly and can fix if smth going wrong. customer oriented service, it pleases. interior is nice, hotel in good condition, and good energy in this area. i really relaxed and feeling good there, because beautiful nature, and good vibe

There were resorts only in the area so there were not many options for local food. Not a dislike, just a little bit about.

clean, and comfortable, there was a washing machine with laundry detergent so my used clothes could be washed and dried. the design is modern and nice. The villa interior is easy to use with high-quality items. The staff was professional and helpful all the time. I was not very well on the last day and the staff let me stay in the facility even after checking out while waiting for my flying time. I highly appreciated that.

Maybe because it's not in season for swimming but the beach definitely needed some cleaning. The pool was very nice regardless.

We loved everything. The villa was well-designed and had everything we needed. They even equipped the kitchen with a cooking set for us. All of the staff speak English well and were very welcoming. We especially appreciate the lady who checked us in. Our package included 1 hour spa everyday (thank you for this amazing package!) but on our first day it was fully booked so she changed it to a free breakfast for us. The spa was a quality 60 minute btw. The free shuttle bus to Nha Trang city was also great value for money considering the resort is super far from Nha Trang. Honestly we only wish the weather was nicer so we could completely enjoy our stay :( But despite that, Wyndham made it very worthwhile for our trip.
