Good service and great hospitality. They provided cake and decorated the room for my wife's birthday 🎂. .. they have less option for vegetarian in breakfast, but they made vegetarian noodles on request. Overall, I will recommend this place . Thanks for your service.

- bathroom sliding door is really hard to close - room is look a bit dated - quilt is a bit thin

-Easy access to the beach and has a few restaurants nearby. - View from balcony absolutely amazing. - Enjoy the variety of breakfast options and it's delicious. -Staff are really nice helping us to arrange the room and cake to surprise my dad on his birthday. Also help us to organise private van to the airport.

Pool is in an open area on a higher floor. The wind keeps the area cold. So i never had a chance to enjoy it. Also, shower is in tub with nothing to keep water from splashing all over the floor.

Great staff. Especially Eric an Hua at front desk. Eric took care of many great details. All the staff are welcoming and attentive to your needs. Beach location very nice. Hotel is nice and clean. Lots of food at the breakfast buffet. Great experience overall. Will stay again. Highly recommend.

1. Property/rooms need to be updated since the room is a old and rundown. 2. Elevators on property are way too small and since the property only has 2 elevators to accommodate guests, it would take over 5 minutes just to get in the elevator… and when you’re in, elevator would be overcrowded that there would be no space for me and my family.

The only very minor issue we had was the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor which was a bit annoying but did not impact our stay at all.

We stayed in a Suite on one of the upper floors with a balcony and windows overlooking Nha Trang Beach. The view from the room is the best beach view we have ever seen. You can walk directly out of the hotel and across the road to the beach. The pool is under cover which when it was 38 degrees was a bonus as when it was too hot to go the beach during the day we could use the pool. The room was big and clean.

I’m super grateful of Jenny and the entire Customer Service Team for giving me a beautiful cake on my birthday during my stay. I only asked for a simple decoration for my room but I was struck in awe when they extended extra mile by giving me a cake on my birthday. I have never experienced this extra effort from my previous hotel bookings. I had the best experience of Nha Trang because of Xavia Hotel. You can rest assured that your world class customer service will be shared to my entire Filipino friends. Thank you so much once again Xavia Hotel Team. A couple of fans in the gym would be nice

Great location just across the road from the beach. Room was great and the view was spectacular! Decent choice at breakfast. Restaurant attached to hotel good quality and well priced.

The wifi is not good, I have to use my phone network to connect. The staircase access to the hotel entrace are too steep, not user frinedly to old age people.

Breakfast very good, various type of foods cater for customers. The frontdesk staffs are very helpful, supportive and friendlly. Sepcially thanks to Jenny for the support and assistance provided during my stay in the hotel. Thanks to Zoey patiently in helping us during our check-in time into the hotel.
