AustraliaI was disappointed with a few things about the hotel. My comment here is to assist the management to improve their services to the customers not necessarily to criticise. Firstly, the cleaning staff were not effective; hardly cleaning the room and bathroom apart from making the beds during our 10 days stay. Perhaps, they need more training to better do their job. This is a 4 Stars hotel and should have that level or quality of room cleaning services. Secondly, some days were very rowdy and noisy around the reception area and guest area; too many people with some shouting on top of their lungs and children running as if it is a playground. For example, on one of the days a kid rang our front door bell at nearly midnight thereby disturbing our sleep. Thirdly, the meal at the restaurant was fine and staff did their best. However, dining room was allowed to be turned into a playground running and jumping around as if it is animals feeding time in a zoo. One of them ran into me and nearly knocked off a plate from my hand. Also, nobody cares about simple hygiene at the restaurant considering we are in a COVID-19 pandemic. Please take control of your reception area and dining room so that everyone enjoys what they paid for.
We love the room that we chose in this hotel. The sea view from this suite room was breath taking from the balcony and the beach was across the road. The room was spacious and bed was expansive and comfortable, . The reception staff was amazing right from check in to check out. Their professionalism was exceptional. I am very proud of them, indeed. I would given a rating of 10 for this hotel but for the below reasons. In any case, I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a stay in Nha Trang.

VietnamWeird sound from the shower drain. The water got around the whole bathroom when we took shower. It would be great if we could have 4 pillows (2 per pax).
Great location, just few minutes walking to the beach, easy to reach the port and city center. Very big parking space. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Thank you NS reception and security for assisting us check-in at 2AM. We got upgraded to higher room tier with balcony and nicer view. The laundry service of the hotel is no longer available but the reception help to contact some outside vendor (price is higher than the hotel price list). Breakfast is fine

ItalyConstruction site just nearby, right at the hotel. Dirty spots on the curtains and towels. The room is not soundproof at all. Overall, the room looks really smaller than it is announced; does not conform to the 4-star hotel standard - just a regular 3-star hotel room. Also, I believe that local people coming from the beach barefoot and, thus, making all the hotel floor and elevators wet should have been banned from doing so in the 4-star hotel.

United KingdomOn checkin we were asked to leave our passports as a security against the room. We refused to do this. This is not something we have ever been asked to do. The room although large in size was not clean and there were cockroaches (we were on the 14th floor). There was a disgusting smell from the drainage in the bathroom. When we told reception the lady was dismissive and uninterested. When requesting our laundry to be done we called before 10.00am to make sure that it was returned the same day, yet they didn't collect until after 10.30am and because of this tried to charge an extra 50%. Which we refused as this was unjustified. The fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and rang for about 20mins. No hotel staff came to tell us what was happening, they did not answer the phone on reception. All guests were stranded on their own. This in our opinion is a serious concern for safety and wellbeing of guests. All we were told when we questioned it next morning was "sorry ". This wasn't good enough and because there did not appear to be any procedure in place for the safety of guests the property should be removed from Booking. Com. The company should thoroughly vett hotels before advertising.

VietnamThe hotel itself is quite big but only have 2 small elevators, which takes quite time to wait. Maybe due to peak season so room is not well-cleaned and we had to wait abt 30mins to get in the room. Breakfast is also not that good, couldn’t expect much from this price tho.
Only few walks to the beach, but not near the centre and dont have much restaurants and convenience stores around. Room is spacious enough.
