Just to note, the Lakeside villa was very nice with a beautiful bathroom. However there was no private balcony or outdoor sitting area at this villa unlike the others; however the pool and bar area had many lounges.

Beautiful place, gree, tropical gardens, quiet spot with kind and very accommodating staff. We enjoyed being out from the busyness of Hoi An old town and a calm, secluded place to relax. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed the spa as well. No mosquitoes Also offered free bikes to explore the area. Some restaurants and amenities within walking distance. Thank you to all the staff esoeciallly Hoa, Ye and Thuy for a wonderful stay.

The outdoor chairs could have done with softer cushions and the second tv was unnecessary and ugly. You most definitely are in the middle of nowhere so be prepared to cycle or get a taxi

The room was superb: spotlessly clean, super shower, the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in for years, amazing outdoor bath and great outdoor space. The breakfast was full of Vietnamese and international favourites and filled us up for the day. Free bikes was a great benefit and we cycled in to Hoi An in 20 minutes and it was 25 minutes to An Bang. The pool area was xonfrtanle and the pool was large enough to swim a length properly. The staff were very friendly. Y was so nice when we arrived and Thuy spoke to us at breakfast the first morning to check everything was good. She then did that every day. We would certainly go back.

Everything. Zest was recommended to us by our daughter and it did not disappoint. The decor, the people, the food , the setting, the facilities, the service, the value for money, were all 10+. The staff to a person were fantastic with Thuy and Hoa, in particular, making sure our stay was very, very special. We loved being a little way away from the buzz of Hoi An and Zest's free shuttle service made tripping in and out of the action in the Old Town an absolute pleasure. The amenities provided by Zest meant that a number of guests often stayed back during the day to enjoy the beautiful pool area, the restaurant and the spa. We enjoyed these facilities immensely and we also loved interacting with the other hotel guests from all parts of Globe. The rooms were perfect. The way we did our bookings meant we ended up staying 6 nights in 3 different types of room and we couldn't fault any of them. We loved Hoi An and together with our stay at the amazing Zest Resort, it was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Vietnam.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property

This hotel didn’t disappoint in any way. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The location and surroundings were incredible. So peaceful and relaxing. Food was good, lovely pool area and amazing massage. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to escape the busy streets of Hoi An. There are shuttle buses several times a day to Hoi An which takes about ten minutes.

A slice of heaven just outside Hoi An, but don't let that put you off, there is a free shuttle bus into Hoi An and An Bang Beach or free bike hire. There was an issue with one of our rooms which meant the kids had to move rooms a couple of times but they upgraded them to some amazing rooms! Huge variety of accommodation in this little place, boats on the lake, family bungalows, 2 storey duplex, floating bungalow and standard twin/doubles. Good food, spa, pool, bar and pool table. Beautiful setting to relax in with very helpful staff.

Nothing, loved every minute of it. Only thing I can say is maybe keep the bar and pool open abit longer than 10pm but I guess that's down to legal issues etc.

Everything, the setting was stunning. All the staff were exceptional, smiling, professional and fun to be with (all beautiful people). The locations is perfect, close enough so that old town isn't that far a walk/cab/bike, but far away enough that you don't get the bustling noise from old town. Billing system is highly efficient as is there room cleaning and washing of dirty clothes. Food was top notch and the drinks were amazing (highly recommend coconut coffee). Will recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in hoi an.

Size of the room vs the price was little disappointed but the design of the room was excellent. The walls are not so insulated, so if you have a singing neighbor or people with sleep apnea, you have to bring your earplugs.

People, facilities, pool, everything was very nice and different from other places. The restaurant offered a great menu especially in the morning. Prices for lunch and dinner were very reasonable. Good place to go away from the traffic and noise of Hoi An

Wow I’m not sure where to start with this review. From kind, caring staff to incredible buffet breakfast to well designed bedroom and bathrooms. This is truly a 5 star hotel. It was a romantic birthday getaway and Thung pulled out all the stops to make it a trip of a lifetime. From birthday notes on our bed to introducing herself at breakfast. We had a room upgrade as we wanted to stay an extra night and it was so special. Myself and my partner enjoyed ever second of Zest. It’s a true oasis and the hotel feels so private from all angles. It’s an intimate spa hotel with a fantastic layout and luxurious spa. We couldn’t fault the place and we cannot wait to come back again!!! Magical

There really is not much I can say against this resort. Perhaps, to bring down the spa prices to be more relative to that of in town prices? This is a beautiful resort, with well appointed rooms and staff.

This is our second visit back to the resort and we loved it. The grounds of the resort are well kept and beautiful with lots of trees, plants and flowers. The staff of this resort are the super stars, they are amazing and go out of their way to help and support the guests. Great drinks! Food is delicious and the breakfast is more than enough. They are very careful with allergies and do their best to accommodate.

There could've been shuttles into/back from town more frequently - there's none during the middle of the day.

We loved Zest villas as a peaceful spot to relax in Hoi An. The resort is very nice. We stayed in the boat cabin and it was awesome. The pool is great and the staff went above and beyond with every request. They even gave us a free lunch and massage because we were celebrating our honeymoon!

Nothing major to note! What could be done better is to have mosquito repellents inside the rooms, to ensure that the mosquitos do not visit during the night sleep!

We LOVED all shared facilities of the hotel, the pool area, the breakfast area, the surroundings! Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful with all questions, and very polite! When it comes to the rooms, we were very satisfied with the choice we made (deluxe double with external bathroom). For our last night, we even got a free upgrade which was massively appreciated! Breakfast was superb as well and overall our stay was very much enjoyed!

Everything! We wish we could have stayed for a week! Absolutely gorgeous hotel and setting. Boat cabin was very cute, other rooms and bungalows looked gorgeous as well. Free shuttle to ancient town and the beach or a 45 minute walk/ 20 minute bicycle. Staff were absolutely fabulous, very attentive. Breakfast had a good selection and the pool area was fantastic. Best accommodation we stayed in in Vietnam, only wish we could have stayed for longer! We loved Zest!
