I love everything. The driveway was scary at first haha but we got used to it. We did not get to see the waterfall down the driveway, we were scared to walk up the driveway haha but really, we were so unfit, we might have a heart attack walking up haha. I will come back one day and run up the driveway haha.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. Malama helped us organise a tour around the island. The meals were fantastic esp the umu on sundays. Malama let us watched the boys making the umu. The boys allowed us to help them out and tasted some of the local foods while preparing. The view from our room and dining was amazing. It is a million dollar view. The location was nice, quite and peaceful. I would definitely stay here again.

The sheets/bedding may be needing replacing soon. It was definitely clean, but heading towards being threadbare.

Low key and relaxed atmosphere. This is a simple accomodation, it doesn’t do frills. The view is beautiful and the staff are so welcoming.

Object run by very nice and helpful personnel, located in the perfect place- in the middle of rain forest. The main reason of my travel was to observe Samoa's birds- I'm sure you can't find any better place for this kind of activity on this island. There is a free shuttle running to Apia and back every day, excluding Sundays.

Equipment in the small kitchen area could be improved. Maybe provide sharp knife, scissors, bigger fridge.

Amazing views from the mountains to the ocean but also pool, waterfall and swimming hole all surrounded by beautiful gardens. Staff are friendly and courteous with a special shout out for Lolita who went out of her way to help when I had an issue with the hire car. Rooms are clean and well equipped and the food in the restaurant is great. The free courtesy bus into Apia ensures you can get out and about without paying for expensive taxis. Would recommend for single travellers and those on a budget.

The rooms are a little tired and worn but super clean and it was my understanding that there are plans to gradually renovate the loge.

BRING LOTS OF TROPICAL INSECT REPELLANT. There was nothing wrong with the property itself, being surrounded by dense bush and water attracts a lot of insects. But with plenty of insect repellant, it was definitely manageable.

The breakfast was absolute value for money, everything was organically grown onsite. Service was exceptional. The location was amazing with beautiful views, and onsite waterfalls & pools with guest access. Was not a problem getting to the main city center and back at all. Lolita and the team were super helpful with helping us get a rental car organised or anything else we needed. Their Sunday UMU Bake and Oka is a must!

The view over the mountains is beautiful and there’s a lovely waterfall to swim in on the grounds. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel like part of the family. Lovely food, especially the umu.

The lodge is on the hill, the view is beautiful. The surrounding is very nice and quite. The room was simple, but neat, it was well equipped. Lolita was very kind and helpful. I can only recommend the place.

Beautiful views! Love how this Hotel had an outdoor pool - could use a clean though. Staff were nice and even helped us pack our luggage when we were leaving.

Might be better off getting your own rental car, should you wish to have full flexibility in exploring Apia/Samoa, without sticking to the shuttle schedule.

Amazing staff, helped us get around Apia and from the airport. Very adjustable to our needs and incredibly friendly. Beautiful surroundings in the hills, with a beautiful view of Apia and the ocean.
