Cleanliness and the friendliness of staff. There is a lovely lady by the name of Norta or Noota? She’s awesome! the kitchen staff are great esp the lady and the kitchen manager who takes care of the waiters and also the boys who help with bags. They’re lovely as well xx keep up the good work and I’m thankful that customer service is important and taught well as it makes our stay more memorable and wanting to keep coming back.

There was a lot of issues with towels. Constantly had to ask for them and they never had any. Always got delivered later. There isn’t a lot to do of a night time after dinner. One night they had a fia fia night which was best night of week. The owner was also heard yelling at her employees on multiple occasions. This was completely unnecessary. If she did this in Australia she would be up for bullying and harassment. Only escape from the heat was rooms. A bar or restaurant in air con would be nice

Pool and swim up bar. Access to beach was great for snorkelling. Staff were fantastic. Massage spa was exceptional

Breakfast quality could be improved as well as the choice/variety each day. Ideally the opening hours of the pool and sunset bars would be longer, but not a big deal.

Beach was great, lovely snorkelling straight from the beach and appreciated ability to borrow snorkelling equipment etc. Fab pool and lounge facilities. Lovely rooms and the landscaped gardens were beautiful and well-kept. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Easy to organise daily tours from the resort (well run and enjoyed) or a private taxi somewhere. Lunch and dinner restaurant food and 'food theme' nights were great.

The inclusive Villa we stayed at, had no clothes line to hang our wet clothes on. the swimming pool was warm.

Complimentary breakfast was good and we enjoyed BBQ buffet dinner. The staff were nice and very helpful.

The layout with the beach hut being so far away from the pool and the kids pool being separate from the adults Lack of room service menu in the room meaning you had to walk to the kitchen to order The shutters were not cleaned behind - there were dead insect when we opened them. The prices were actually ridiculous $18 for a bag of bluebird chips - twice what the local shops charge The fact that only ONE glass bottle was provided for a family of 4 meant overly regular trips to the water cooler Lack of rubbish bins in the room

First night 3 people in our group order Ribeye steak. Was very tough, could not eat it. Spoke with the manager, he just smiled and said it was Ribeye.Very expensive meal and very disappointing.

Customer service definitely needs improving, I stood at the receptionist for what felt like 10 mins while there were three customer service reps and they didnt even look at me nor tell me to wait as they were doing other things. Whilst at the restaurant, my partner and I sat there for a good 30 mins and nobody served us meanwhile they were serving the tourists that came after us, customer service says alot about our people and them being the face of the company, it was definitely not a good look. Food is pricey, wish it was worth the money I paid. My seafood pasta was so bland, had to put salt in to give taste and there was only one shrimp in it also note that the shrimp was bad - I ended up with the worst stomach ache after dinner.

Beach and the views were exquisite.

Coffee box not cleaned & refilled from previous guests. Couldnt make a coffee in ky room. Iron is old burned & ruined my white dress.
