Air con was on point, bed was comfy but would do some work in the bathroom/shower area, more light and water coming out of the shower on to the floor when we had to use towels to dry up which is not recommended

A young lady that served us at the front desk, needs customers service training. She wasn't friendly and didn't really show any reactions to my concerns. Housekeepers are excellent friendly and kept the rooms clean.

Car park is very tight. Other cars blocked us in and had to wait for those drivers to be located so they can move out the way. Also there was a container delivery for the hotel that arrived blocking us from leaving to go about our day.

Location is amazing, near the fugalei market. Bed was comfortable and clean plus friendly service.

Clean, aircon worked! affordable, great location in CBD. Staff friendly and accommodating. Was a good budget accommodation with a really nice security guard which gave us peace of mind safety wise.

The bathroom didn’t have a working fan, the bathroom needs upgrading because for me personally that’s what I do considering most when I walk into a hotel, the space and clean it represent a lot for my liking. Good coat of freshly paint will works wonder most of the time

This is more a reminder. You are on a Polynesian island. Facilities are simple, and not new. If you keep that in mind, you'll be fine.

Location, opposite the market, between two super markets. Secure parking, in case you have rental.

Staff weren’t the friendliest but not sure if that’s because of the language barrier, the floors are quite dirty so your feet are always dirty even after a shower. Only gave us 2 towels for 3 of us, no face cloths. The parking area where the motel is located is always busy and can be quite noisey at times!

Don’t have high expectations, I’d only recommend this place if you’re looking for something cheap for one night or two max. Only good things are the location, aircon & cheaper price compared to other places in Apia.

Double bed Room was not really nice - smelly and too noisy. The bed is too closed to the bathroom. You can smell that toilet smell through the room. I asked the cleaner to get a air freshener which makes the difference few hours. People outside were talking loudly and I can’t sleep bcos of someone snoring nxt door. People are nice but unfortunately the sheets on bed are too thin and doesn’t look clean etc. Upstairs room for 4 is really nice - nothing wrong with it. It’s just bed sheets that are too small for the beds. Very spacey and lots of room to walk around.

Room 5 has bedbugs June 2023. The other rooms we booked did not. Apia shuts down early at night. This includes the front desk. The breakfast is extra and is pretty basic. The only place for smokers is right outside the first floor rooms, and the louvered windows do not prevent the smoke from entering those rooms.

Fantastic central location. The main market is across the street. You can walk to the central business district. The hotel is co-located with a furniture company, so the mattresses were very good. Plenty of hot water, wi-fi was good too.

The TV didn't work and also no lights when you have to walk out of the complex to the front of the rd it's quite dark.

Location is good it's right across from the fugalei markets also close to other shops etc. Room was really nice the beds, Aircon and bathroom. Was so nice to have a shower with hot water.

Washing - we got clothes back that was still after two spins & it wasn’t worth money we spent on it. Too expensive. Bed - very uncomfortable too much noise when moving around. Coffee - coffee was old. Will suggest to change from time to time. Shower - wasn’t able to adjust the shower hose cause there was nothing supporting it. Door - was very hard to hold the door back & nothing to hold the door back too. Was a struggle when trying to take things inside the room.

Bed wasn’t as comfortable. We did our washing & wasn’t worth the money we spent. Our washing was still damn after 2 spins of dryer. I also got washing back & some of my clothes have holes in it.
