Shower was broken, room wasn't cleaned over 6 days, rubbish was only taken once when requested. Toilet paper had to be requested, carpark was busy and we got blocked in. Noisy at night time was very loud the first few nights. Pictures online didn't show how the room truly was. Bathroom had an interesting smell to it.

I had to ask for bins to be emptied for my bed linen to be changed I had to go outside to some dirty corner with broken bins to use a microwave the cupboards are in a mess the cuttlefy not available No provision of dinning room facilities we had to buy food outside all the time For me that was very messy

Location was alongside other businesses and very noisy. People knocked on our door in the middle of the night. Lots of people hanging around. Badly finished tiling. Shower flooded. Fridge did not work.

The room was not sound/noise proof like it says on the description. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived, housekeeper left used soap from previous guests on sink, assuming they expected us to continue using it. we could hear the smallest talks , coughs & laughter from the room next door, It was quite noisy in the early mornings, with some of the staff boys moving furnitures and making loud noises, our room was right next to the stairs, and we could hear everything from morning to night.

We booked here cause there was nowhere to book, we loved that it was closed to the market, and everything we needed was in close proximity. We absolutely loved the aircon in the room, and the room had a nice hot water for shower.. Receptionist Evangelina was super lovely and she was really easy to deal with. she's a great asset to the place.

It was really noisy. There were cars coming and going in the carpark late into the night, particularly loud as the carpark is gravel. Noisy people late at night and around 5am. Noisy aircon unit. Got put in the wrong room when we arrived late at night. Then when the security guy showed us to our correct room - he wanted us to pay for it again and sort it with reception in the morning. Even though we'd already paid online.

Rooms were clean and spacious but tired. They didn't look new and fresh like the pictures online. Not sure why there was a sign in the bedroom about a pool - as they don't have one?

Found a gecko in our room, floor was damp from the air. Kitchen cupboards are not clean, spiderwebs in some of them. The dishes are old and yuk.

In the shower, head was lose nothing to hold it in place. The shower floor had cracks in and it was lose also the mats had no grips to prevent slipping. The fuse box, the fridge kept switching off due to an overload in power not sure how, anyhow hopefully it was attended too.

Having moved from the small room to family room, it was great having a kitchen and larger sleeping area with so much space.

Room was tiny and no table to put my luggage. Had to put on floor. We booked a double room and there was no headboard as shown in pictures for the bed and room was very old looking and felt like sheets weren't clean. Very disappointed and wanted to just leave so we could find somewhere better.

When booking and looking at rooms, the website noted TV in all rooms. There wasn't one in my room. Not sure if people know how to make a bed. Sheets on the inside, not outside and comforter on the outside. No roll of toilet paper in bathroom. Noisy (renovations were being done upstairs and sound was irritating - couldn't sleep in). Could hear traffic coming in and out and people talking on the stairs - so the location of my room (ground floor next to stairs in the corner) was not conducive to peace and quiet or a sleep in.

The room I was provided didn’t look like any of photos, was very dark and not very clean. Lots of people sitting on chairs right outside my door. Apia was booked out hence me checking in to this option. However, I was able to secure another hotel the next day which met my needs more therefore checked out one day early.

we organised and paid for a taxi to the airport at 2am with reception. the taxi didn’t turn up and the security guard had to call his cousin to take us, we nearly missed our flight.
