I didn’t the food served for dinner on Friday; it was really basic for $98 per person. I didn’t like the staff (females) that was catering because on arrival accused me and my sisters for the mess that was made on one of the outside tables that a different group of girls sat at. We ordered jugs of drinks and there was no cups & when we asked for cups - she gave us dirty cups and when I said “those are dirty, can we get another set of cups” - she just looked annoyed. I didn’t like that on arrival the tea cups in 310 was dirty and when asked for new ones, the cleaner just washed it in the bathroom and put it back. I asked for my bed to be made on Day 4 with new bedsheets & the cleaner made the bed but with the same bed sheets! I had to call reception 2 days later for new bedsheets. We also have seen cockroach just crawling around the rooms

I liked that the hotel had a activity program everyday - which was good for entertainment! I loved the breakfast every morning and the morning staff was always attentive, polite and really friendly.

Staff were lovely, pools and surroundings amazing, fiafia night was fantastic! Good food. Because of the maintenance issues the manager offered us free late checkout which definitely made up for the issue

Slow service at times. We had asked for an extra bed to be in the villa when we arrived. Took 24 hours to arrive. Very inconvenient. Drink service slow at times and a couple of times did not arrive at all. Happy hour - no prices, not all staff knew what drinks included. No none alcoholic drinks included. No lock on bathroom door in our villa - not great. Outside tiles were a bit slippery when wet. No lifts for people going to the first floor which is not great if you have a disability

Beautiful facilities. Saturday show amazing. Pool area great. Staff friendly especially Mataira, Save and Michael. Manager's 'happy hour ' good - free sangria and finger food. Kids menu were a really good size.

Just need more parking.

Love everything except for the parking especially in tge evening you come back to the hotel and couldn't find parking. Have to park in tge first car park and walk but was all ok. Everyone was lovely the food and tge shows. Price was a little too much but overall it was a really good stay.

Hotel itself very nice but staffs need some improvement in service and attention in all areas. We've stayed here for 10 days and cost us so l was expecting good service.

We've checked in with 3 separate families but was very late not till 4pm sat there few hours cause rooms wasn't ready,need to improve service in room and restaurant so disappointed waited hours for meals and room service.

We’ve always had issues with the bar staff. It’s hard to get their attention at most times. Only one young lady their who was very accommodating. Thankful for her otherwise we would have givff we n up trying to order, despite the amount of staff behind the bar

Great selection of good just wish the Bain Marie kept it hot. Bacon was dry so you can see the oil and red sausages weren’t nice cold

customer service staff especially for the bar and restaurant seem to have an issue with being professional with other Samoans. The service was late, was being ignored and spoken to like I didn’t know what I was on about. then the settling of the bill was a hassle because there were two people handling one bill.

Bar and wait Staff were rude or ignore you, had to ask for cutlery and it was like I was asking for the world! Beer was warm and you needed to wait ages to be served. Front desk staff were very nice and friendly, helpful. Bar and wait staff need an attitude check, (except for pregnant lady, she was amazing and so lovely, role model behaviour).

Housekeeping services were severely lacking. Replacement of towels, hand towels and face clothes required follow up with the staff despite taking away the used ones. Also the emptying of rubbish bins were lacking. Overall this area requires significant improvement as the resort ramps up. In addition, on a couple of occasions food and beverage orders were missed resulting in loss of business to the resort or required follow-up which then resulted in resolution of the order. A little slow at times but I am sure this will improve as staffing experience improves.

Had some issues with the bathroom facilities, our bathroom didn't have a shower door and on our first day the shower head broke and the replacement kept flying up and this would of been mitigated with a shower door.

lunch was way expensive than what we got, not worth the money at all and this is the first time I’m at resort/ hotel and the show is not for all the guests, it was just for the people who ate dinner. we waited for the show and it was very not respectful and not nice- they were with the back to all the other guests at the hotel who were trying to see anything.

Breakfast and the activities arranged inhouse. There was a huge effort put in by the local staff to engage with the guests, even if it was on island time sometimes they made us feel welcome. Loved that Samoans are employed and loved hearing and learning basic Samoan language and culture.
