The staff was very helpful and always willing to serve. The room was comfortable - the bed was nice and the bathroom was in good shape. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast and coffee were delicious!

There was a bit of dust/residue in the bathroom counter when I checked in and some hairs in the sink that I cleaned up. After that the room was spotless after the housekeeping staff came through.

Excellent staff, always willing and ready to help! The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. The wifi worked great and was stable - easy to get work done. Breakfast was sometimes a buffet and sometimes cooked-to-order but was always delicious and the coffee is excellent as well. We used one of their meeting rooms as well and that was a great spot for our meetings.

The staff were very friendly and helpful from cleaning staff to breakfast staff. Reception staff were exceptional, providing a high standard of customer service, always friendly and helpful, fulfilling requests, ordering taxis and helping with luggage.

My room was small. I recommend having water in the room as a gift or in the minibar.

It was a clean hotel designed in a modern style. The interest and helpfulness of the hotel staff was good.

Hotel receptionist held my passport for my entire stay and didn't hand it to me during checkout. Unfortunately, hadn't noticed it until reaching the border causing two-hour additional driving. Moreover, house-keeping was missed several times. Breakfast is very limited in options and low in quality.

The breakfast was very limited. Also, even though I was told that the kitchen offers lunch and dinner, this is not the case: my colleague and I could not have lunch or dinner during our stay. Be careful, in the room, the bathroom door is of glass, it swings all the way through, and there is no door stopper. I bumped the door against the outside wall plinth, and it cracked, so I had to reimburse the hotel!

The hotel is located in a relatively new area of Pristina, which explains why the hotel is new. It is a relatively small hotel. The room was big, modern and nicely decorated. Likewise, the bathroom was big and nicely designed. Also, there was a balcony, which was nice as the weather was pleasant. Staff were friendly. There is a big supermarket in the street where the hotel is located (and there is a bigger one a few minutes away). Also, there are restaurants around the hotel, within walking distance.

Most of the systems did not work. The had a digital panel in each room to control things like lighting, do not disturb button or clean my room buttons. None of these worked and during our last night we could not turn off the lights, so we had to take the card out, which in turn turned off the climate control... Another thing is that nobody came to clean the room during one of the nights.

It is a new hotel, so everything looked nice.

A great stay in a comfortable and clean room. The staff is great and are eager to please. This was my third stay and I will certainly be back when I need an overnight stay in Prishtina!

The road to the hotel is still under construction (and there is construction going around around the hotel), however this is not the hotel's fault.

A great return visit to this hotel! It's clean, comfortable, and the wifi is fast and stable. The staff are helpful, friendly, and speak English well. The breakfast is delicious and be sure to enjoy the macchiatos too! The hotel put up a new sign on the main road after my last review to help people find the right road.

It is a little hard to find the hotel from the road (it doesn't look like a road initially). It might be good to put a sign on the main road. If future guests read this, turn on the small road right by the Meridian and keep going into the construction zone until you see the hotel a couple buildings down on your left.

An excellent, brand new hotel! It was nicer than I expected and the staff was excellent as well. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of nice pillows (which is often not the case in the Balkans). The breakfast was delicious as well as the coffee. It's in a fairly quiet location and the parking is adequate. The internet worked well!
