Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Italythe bedroom need some more cleaning and the smoking should not be inside the hotel hall. even though it is written you can see people that are sitting and smoking. I think it would be very much better if the smoking is outside since there is people that might suffer a lot from the smell
The welcoming and the serving, especially for breakfast in the morning. The guy was always kind and joyful. The position is really good, around you can find a lot of places where to buy traditional food and it is quite near to the center of Prishtine which is very good.

United KingdomMaybe I'm expecting a little too much but the room was quite dated and also the air conditioning didn't seem to work. But for what I paid, I got what I expected overall. Decent value and I had a good stay,
The location was great. A ten minute walk down hill to the city center. The price was fine too. Upon check-out the receptionist was very helpful - he kept my bag for me until later, printed my boarding passes and sorted me my taxi. No complaints.

Only 15 walk from the centre of Pristina, i cannot find any faults with my stay at the hotel. I was able to get boarding cards printed and taxis arranged whenever i needed one. I would definitely use this hotel again

GermanyIt looks closer on the map to the city center than it is due to a railway line in between and being situated on a hill. For drivers, probably good. If you are travelling without car, I would probably pick a place closer to the sidewalk.

United Kingdomthey whole motive to run this hotel is to rip off guests pockets with no compassion and drive to guests satisfaction . things like customer care , empathy and goodwill gesture are unknown to the staff at this Propety . I was given a different room than I booked (no balcony and seating area ) , and upon check in , they offered me a better room (which i perhaps originally booked ) with a charge . which I refused . my room had a broken window with hanger stuck in between it to keep the window open for ventilation purposes . the cleaning standard was extremely poor . we found many hairs in our room . shower was also not cleaned . on second day , they cancelled my reservation by marking it a “ no show “ to avoid bad review and to save commission from booking .com breakfast is not buffet . beside gee options only one small cup of coffee served with extra charge on second cup . I had to pay 2 euros for extra cups which I did paid to the breakfast guy which he mistook as a “TIP”. and at check out I was even asked to pay the two euros for extra cups . we asked for one hour late check out as we came back to hotel quite late in the night and even missed our breakfast . the guy at reception said we have guests waiting to check in but if i pay 10 euros I can keep for an extra hour. they don’t even know how to lie or keep the policies straight .as I said everything is at charge and greed is so obvious on everything they do .

AlbaniaThe building was too old, they offered us a bad, small room, very noisy because of the road, the bed cracked every time you tried to turn the side, the bath was leaking, imagine what was leaking, the bed sheets were torn, old, we could not breath in a such small room, poor breakfast. we couldnt have even a shower because was too old dirty, the furniture were so old, when we asked a different room, the reception guy told us there were no free room, he suggested us to try in different hotel. Imagine this was told to us after 200 km of road trip
