In terms of room facilities, we would have liked to have had a kettle so that we could make coffee or tea at our convenience. Unfortunately, we had a problem with the taxi that dropped us off at the airport. The taxi driver, whose number plate is 01-681-KI, tried to rip us off by asking us for more money than the initial sum agreed, but fortunately the hotel owner made him understand that he was in the wrong.

Very clean, quiet hotel with helpful, attentive staff. Well located, we were able to do our shopping quietly and safely. The staff were really attentive, leaving no customer in any doubt. All our requests were met to our satisfaction, which was very much appreciated.

We stayed in a newly refurbished twin room on the 5th floor. Whilst it did not have a view it was actually spacious and comfortable. Very comfy bed and loads of hot water. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. Good breakfast included. The manager helped organise and taxi to the Bear sanctuary and took the time to offer directions to key points around the town. Hotel Begolli is located in an interesting area near the Bazaar and mosque and an easy walk to other key sights in the centre. Enjoyed staying here.

Well located.Room was very spacious and well decorated. The attention from the Manager,Enis,was excellent-he was happy to arrange taxis and make sure that my stay was very pleasant.He knows a lot of information about Kosova and Prishtina which he was pleased to impart,and was able to provide very useful recommendations on things to visit and cafes and restaurants. The hotel is highly recommended. Enis would help you get shuttle from and to airport which is very useful.

Excellent large clean room with huge well fitted bathroom. Staff spoke English and were very welcoming. Hotel is situated in a quiet location but within walking distance of the bazaar and sights of Pristina. Car parking available.

Hot water is an issue. On 5th floor, it takes too long to start and also hardly hot. Tea coffee making facilities in room and water bottles would lift it to a higher level.

Fantastic room, more like a suite, with a great view over the city, which would be three times the price in any other place. Lovely staff, great location, really comfy bed and amazing bathroom....I loved this place. One of the staff will pick you up and run you back to the airport if you request that, much cheaper than the standard taxis. what's not to like?

Sorry, there wasn't anything that I didn't like

I stayed at one place in another city when I entered the country that wasn't brilliant and everything was going downhill by the time I hit this place. Vehicle breakdown, phone issues, etc...(I don't speak the language), Not the best time. Without venting to the hotel, these guys made my trip a million times better. Both gentlemen that worked the morning and evening were absolutely fantastic. Their English was passable which was enough to communicate the hotel related questions easily, but not much better. This meant I couldn't vent my current mental breakdown with ease which probably was for the better.... For everyone's sake. Keep in mind you're a foreigner in someone else's country. The fact they even speak English so well is beyond thankful. The place itself was very clean, spacious, and it felt so welcoming. I swear the windows seemed thicker and the place was overall quieter although that could be a placebo effect. The shower was nice and hot and stayed hot for the entire duration. A room can be great and all but I find pillows, blanket size, and the shower setup and temperature are what make me love or hate a place. This place nailed all those points. The breakfast was delicious as well and worth stopping there in the morning. I really wish I knew the local language better so I could actually articulate to the two guys working there how much of a positive impact they had on my trip. If you're planning to stay anywhere in the area I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place!

Everything was fine. The neighbourhood can be a little bit noisy but that's the wonderful taste of this particular part of Prishtina and we loved all of it. Both the Republic of Kosovo and Prishtina as its capital city made a great impression and we definitely want to come back.

Hotel Bergolli is located in a very lively neighbourhood (just opposite of the big bazaar which is definitely worth visiting) and offers a very comfortable accommodation. The stuff is super nice and helpful. Also, we really liked the breakfast - the omelette and cheese was absolutely fresh and delicious.

nice people, hotel in the style that local people like. so we go with the flow. super clean rooms, every day great service. breakfast was first every day the same plate with eggs and bread but after talking with the manager nicely they did all to make it more different day to day. great family run hotel in clean local style. their own taxi service to the airport and pick up is a plus. sometimes they do taxi trips to other Kosovo cities. ask about it, great experience and again super sweet people!!!
