The host was very polite and answered every question we had very quickly. There was an internet problem on the first day, so they made a discount on the fee, and on the second day they worked hard to solve the problem and made sure it was solved. The room was very nice, big and spotlessly clean. It is located very centrally, right parallel to the most famous street, we walked everywhere. It is also very close to restaurants and bars. The price and performance were very good, I definitely recommend it.

There should have been slippers in the rooms. There should be an information sign outside the building showing the name Bloom Suites.

The location is in the very center of the city. Being able to check in at any time you want is a great advantage. It was very gratifying to be able to contact the authorities at any time, thank you for everything.

There were no slippers in the room. It is definitely a must have after bath. Also, when they asked for payment, they stated that they did not have an agreement even though I wanted to pay by credit card. It was a difficult process for both parties because they did not inform us in advance. When we arrived in Turkey, we were able to make the payment via western union, which brought extra costs.

The room was clean and tidy. It was pretty good as a warm-up. The bed was comfortable. The staff was attentive. The location of the suite is very central and beautiful.

The provided information for self check-in was very detailed, but unfortunately, it was sent quite late. This should definitely be improved since not everyone has Internet access when arriving in Prishtina/to Kosovo.

We had a fantastic stay at Bloom Suites. The apartment is located in the city centre and it was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Furthermore, self check-in and cash payment were very easy. We would definitely choose this accommodation again when visiting Prishtina.

First of all, the location was perfect! Al the things you need in Prishtina are in walking distance. The room was perfect, really nice interior design and super clean. Also spacious! Check-in was really easy because they have send us a good explanation beforehand. The communication was also super super nice and the guy was very friendly, if we needed anything he would help right away. Our room was also cleaned during our stay, which was great 🥰. Loved everything!

The apartment is located in the city center of Prishtina, which makes it really easy to access the best restaurants, cafés and bars. It was really easy to find the location and with the great and attentive communication of the owner everything (check-in, Check-out etc) worked out super easily. The apartment is very nicely and modern furnished, and gives you instantly a cozy and homely vibe! The cleanliness and equipment of the suite is also a 10/10! We loved staying here, and would always book here again for our stay in Prishtina :)

There are a few kinks in the communication/service that can be improved: - I had to follow up the night before to get the check in code (they needed my passport but didn't say in the welcome message); this should be asked by the hotel - it is cash only. Not a problem per se, but they need to communicate and put on their Booking profile that it is cash only - cleaning could have been better (they forgot to empty to the trash) More of a note: it's on a busy street so I would recommend to bring ear plugs.

The place is recently renovated and is beautifully decorated. Some nice touches (i.e. forks/spoons, nice towels, bottles of water, minifridge). Good sound proofing from other rooms in the unit. The hotel is very responsive over chat and they went the extra mile to accomodate an extra early check in the morning. Good location that is an easy walk to everything.

Very centrally located, everything is within walking distance. The room itself was very modern, clean and up to a high standard. The layout of the room is well thought out and has everything you need. The host is very responsive and accommodating. He will try to cater to all your needs. Anil, the host is an amazing, friendly and professional guy. Excellent communication once I had booked. Frequent texts and directions provided. The room is so clean and all fittings are brand new. Air Con is new and excellent power. Great bathroom with rain shower. The bed was super comfortable - great quality mattress and pillows. Mini fridge with Welcome Bottles of water provided. Good, clean towels which smell good! Overall. This was 10/10. Loved staying here, I’ll be back!
