Perfect location, really nice breakfast, extremely clean rooms, very confortable need, free upgrade but most of all: the staff were most helpful, extremely nice and caring,they made our stay wonderful! We would definitely return.

However, they did give us water the day we left ▪︎ No tea or coffee station in the room ▪︎Breakfast should include more of a variety... like fresh fruit and yoghurt ▪︎Wifi wasn't great ▪︎The hotel sits a top steep slope, and taxis aren't permitted in the old city area. Walking up and down the hill with luggage can be difficult ▪︎The bathroom floor got soaked with every shower

It was all good. The only slight issue was that I arrived at 10am and could not check in until 12pm, so I had to lug my bag up to the castle. But that's not a major problem.

Comfortable and quiet room, decent shower. Helpful staff and very nice breakfast. Great views from the balcony.

The parking is a bit difficult but the staff will help you. The breakfast is simple but enough.

The location is perfect to visit Prizren. The room is big and confortable. The jacuzzi is a bit noisy but nice :). The staff is really friendly and helpful.

The music played in the restaurant/breakfast area was very loud hiphop. This is a bit unpleasant when you want to have a peaceful breakfast. Fortunately, the staff turned the music down when we asked them to. Our airco was not working properly. Eventually the hotel staff fixed this. Also our shower wasn't draining well, so the water was overflowing to our room. We layed our towels on the ground. We notified the staff and they used some cleaning products to clean the drain. Unfortunately, this wasn't sufficient and the water still overflowed. It also didn't help that there was no shower cabin, just one glass wall. Also, when we left in the morning (on a friday), we were stopped by the police because the road was closed. Apparently it was eco day until noon and cars were not allowed to drive on the bigger roads. We didn't know about this. It would've been nice if the hotel would've said something when we checked out.

The location of this hotel is perfect, right in the old town. Getting there by car is doable, but the way there is steep, so keep that in mind. The rooms were spacious and we had a nice view over the city. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a fixed menu with not many options for change. For example, we asked for some fruit, but that was not possible. Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They carried our bags to and from the hotel and offered some bandaids when one of us needed them.

Not a problem of the hotel at all, but the proximity to the mosque let us loose some sleep because of the loud singing at 4 in the morning. But that’s our own fault for not thinking about that beforehand.

Very friendly staff, he found a secure parking spot for our 2 small motorbikes and was flexible with our departure.

Up a very steep hill, finding it by car was a bit tricky and the surrounding roads are small.

We were missing a few bits from the bathroom such as hand soap, but not an issue really.

This relatively new hotel was spacious, modern and comfortable. Our room had a wonderful view over the city of Prizren. We were just off the main square and on the way to the fortress. Although, it is no longer than a 5 minute walk to the main square. Also, the hotel is halfway up the hill to the fortress already so it's an easier climb. The view we had included the city and a second balcony which had a view of the fortress. Our room was huge. The breakfast was not bad, it was suitable for what we were looking for and the few staff that were at the hotel were hospitable and welcoming. I would recommend staying here as it's a really nice hotel that was quiet when we went during August.

We had a great time at Hotel Castello. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room view is stunning and the breakfast was delicious.
