Thought I saw somewhere that they offered a free shuttle from the airport, but no such service after we inquired. There's a window facing the hallway, and the lights outside were on the whole night.

Very clean, new, and located in the center. Friendly, helpful, and communicative hosts, who kindly offered tea/coffee. Late checkout is also possible.

I've had a very good time here. The hotel staff has always been incredibly helpful, hospitable and kind. The structure is pretty new and located very close to the city center (10 minutes walk). The room was very clean and big. I really recommend this place!

This is the best accommodation I have ever been to. I was welcomed like a family member. There is constantly someone checking in with you, providing free beverages, chats, personalised recommendations for your stay. The location is superior in the city centre and with dozens food and shopping options around, free parking provided, the rooms are superior in cleanliness and furnishing. Everything was beyond perfect. The hosts are the kindest and most professional hosts I have ever had the privilege of meeting.

THey are generous and give a free packaged water bottle as well. They also try to help out with tips, offering drops to bus station and refer other good property. I have stayed in over 2000 hotels in my life. For work I have stayed in some amazing and luxurious hotels but when I travel alone, I prefer to stay in a locally owned hotel. The staff of this hotel is a family (brothers and sisters) and after 3 days I felt I was like their brother. They have gone above and beyond what you would expect. The location is very central which makes it easy to get to the main sights. Many people seem to be booking flats in Pristina but believe me, I prefer staying in a hotel in a country where I don't speak the language and where I like to get tips about things to see, local transport, places to eat etc. The staff at this hotel is truly exceptional. Coffee, tea and water are complimentary. Every time I walked in they asked me if I wanted something to drink. Amazing! Falaminderit!

One of the best and friendliest hotels in Pristina. The hotel is a family-run business. They are full of knowledge about the city & surrounding. The hotel is centrally located and comfortable. The lady is really generous and offered me coffee (s) upon arrival with a lot of information about the city. Besides, I was dropped off at the bus station free of charge when one of the members was available (including informative details for the next city that I was heading to).
