The noise late at night in the outside communal area from other guests. But I would say this is not the hosts fault, it was the inconsiderate guests fault.

The location is great, a few minutes walk from the centre of Prizren. The accommodation is clean and nice. I had good communication with the host. Coffee making facilities. The host even made me a Turkish coffee. :-)

The stay in general was fine, it wasn’t the best stay tbh. I stayed in the apartment. There was a sewage smell in the bathroom. I had no hot water, even though I put on the boiler in time (I was told it would take an hour, but even after that time no hot water). Also no hot water in the sinks. There was no service at all, as the hosts were not around. We were missing toilet paper. For the money I paid it was expensive.

I slept amazing, really nice bed. It is also very spacious.

The hotel's cleanliness, location, price and room size were great, and the hotel owner was very friendly and helpful. He told us we could stay in whichever room we liked. We were very pleased. If we come to Prizren again, we will choose it again.

No real kitchen and I would prefer a mini fridge in the room. Someone moved my stuff in the shared mini fridge. Staff was friendly, but not super helpful in providing information on how to get to where I wanted to go.

Great service to travelers Private room. Kettle below to make coffee. Also a travel agency, bought a bus ticket from them to Albania, which worked out very well. I stayed in a hostel dorm elsewhere the previous night, but should I ever return to Prizren, I'll come straight here.

The shower floor is depressed only slightly, hence the bathroom gets flooded quite easily. Bathroom also lack hooks or hangers, so you can't hang stuff while showering. Lots of little bumps & steps from front door to our room on ground floor, which makes moving of luggage & our child's pram troublesome.

Pretty spacious room, considering its actually a hostel. Clean surroundings & good mattress. Bathroom also decent 3* hotel standard. Hot showers round the clock. Common kitchen on ground floor has electric kettle & utensils, which is convenient for us.

The kitchen was not equipped. There was a kettle and coffee maker, and a fridge. No way of cooking or preparing food.

Hot water, nice courtyard and 10 minutes from the centre. Laundry available for 6 euros per load
