Nothing very enjoyable stay

Comfortable and quiet, good breakfast, lovely staff and really impressed with the way the hotel has been created from and old style building

Everything was so great about the hotel, but if I had to mention something, the only slightly annoying thing was that the shower doesn't have a door. As much as I tried to contain the water, due to the lack of door, I couldn't stop water going all over the floor each time I had a shower. It's a shame as the actual shower was brilliant, with perfect temperature and water pressure.

What an absolutely wonderful stay this was from start to finish! Based in a central, but quiet location, the hotel is easy to find, within 5/10 minutes walking distance from all the main points of interest and has free secure parking. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, helpful and just a general pleasure to deal with. The hotel itself feels very new but at the same time very charming, with so much great attention to detail. The room was aesthetically very pleasing, spotlessly clean and so so comfortable. I could've easily spent my whole stay just enjoying the room and hotel! The breakfast options were fantastic (freedom to choose from a menu, I tried something new each morning), they even let you customise the options, and I was very pleased with what I got each morning. I loved everything about this hotel and I'm really forward to coming back to Pristina and staying here again.

There were odd motion lighted mirrors that went on for no reason sometimes. But other than that nothing.

We stayed in February for 5 days in this hotel. Location is close to city center around 20 minutes walking distance. 5 minutes to other restaurants and cafe's. 30 minutes by car to airport, costs around 15 Euro. Hotel rooms are very clean , bathroom is new , room is overall good. Breakfast has varieties sweet (pancake waffle or oatmeal) or savory (eggs, bread, ajvar, cheese), traditional loqum (pişi in Turkish)and special spinach pastry(burek-borek) was in options too. There are water refill stations in every floor. There are 10 steps between elevator and rooms if there is any disability or injury situation this should be considered. All staff is very helpfull and friendly. Coffee tastes great in Kosova . We were very happy and satisfied with hotel.

The bathroom with the glass door gives zero privacy if you staying with a friend.

My experience with this hotel is excellent! The room was cozy and met all needs. The employees are very polite, and the breakfast is just neat! The hotel is close to the main promenade but tipped in a small street without any noise. All the recommendations!

Well located in the city centre. The staff was very kind and friendly, except for the restaurant, they're a bit slow. And waiters are doing everything except their job. For the rest it was perfect. I would come back any time.
