Occasionally, I came back to my room during the day, and it was not cleaned yet, but they remedied that right away. I needed to ask for toilet paper once, but again, they were super helpful in providing it. I was there in March, I presume the hotel gets busier during the summer tourist season.

A wonderful breakfast of eggs, sausage, tomatoes, cucumbers, including a home made bread of crepes or pancakes. The location was close to the hospital, and within walking distance of downtown. The two brothers, Ermal and Gashi, were so kind and compassionate, they helped me during my stay while my husband was in hospital. They arranged for laundry service for me, extended my stay, provided receipts and printed a medical document from my phone when I was in dire need. Someone is available at or near the desk 24hrs a day.

Electrycity was on maintenence but not a big problem. And there was no elevator but hotel was only 3 floors, we stayed in 2nd floor. So this is not a big problem also for me.

Everything except the electrycity problem was perfect. Especially the whole staff was very very very very kind, helpful and super communicative. They also loved our dog so this made us super happy. Thanks a lot!

The toilet and shower is surrounded by transparent glass. There are blinds on one side but the other side is still clearly visible from the corner of the room near the door. Our room also did not have a mirror apart from the one in the bathroom which would've been helpful getting ready

The room was clean with a nice carpet which I prefer to hard flooring. The pillows and mattress were really comfortable. The staff were really friendly including Argjend - when we were paying at check-out their card machine wasn't working so he directed us to an ATM nearby and put all our luggage away in the car for us while we went to withdraw cash.

The friendly people working at the hotel. Especially our hosts Argjendi and Lorenti who took perfectly care of all our wishes. The cleaning ladies Lushi and Vali were also very kind and did a perfect job and respected our privacy.

We requestested a cot for a baby and got written confirmation from the hotel staff. Upon arrival other staff member notes that they dont have cots and that they put an extra bed instead. Despite of presenting the written confirmation and they having access online they note that they don't know who responded that.

Smoking indoors, which is actually common throughout Pristina. If you’re not used to indoor smoking this might set you back, but the rooms themselves don’t smell which is good.

Great staff and fantastic breakfast. Staff arranged to have me picked up at the airport, and helped with printing necessary papers for my next trip. Delicious breakfast, super comfortable room, great bed. If you want to walk to the center part of the city it takes about 20min, which is fine during the day but not great at night.

I stayed only 1 night this time and i loved my stay. For me was 10/10. Everything was beyond my expectation, starting from the hospitality, staff, food, location, cleanless. I would highly recommended it for everyone. The staff was really kind and friendly. And the managment in head with Leki was really helpful in some cases that they didn't even have too.I felt like being at home. Hotel allowes the dogs as well and they are really nice with them. My dog was happy too. Can't wait to be back again. Thank you for the good memories!
