Just discovered this gem of a hotel, opened in late 2023, and it's truly world-class despite being just a 30-minute walk from the city center. The comfort here was unmatched, and you can also tell they've poured their heart into every detail of the interior design, across the hotel. The breakfast selection offered a wide variety of dishes to choose from. With safe parking right out front, top-notch facilities, and excellent value for money, it's an easy choice for anyone looking to escape the hustle of the busy traffic in the center without sacrificing quality.

The emergency light in the ceiling is lighting every few seconds and the intensity of the light is quite high for a hotel room. You can’t sleep with that light activate. You have to switch or change it!!!

The only inconvenience is that this hotel is not downtown: it is in a quiet area and there isn't much within walking distance if one wants to go for a walk.

This hotel started operating in November 2023, so it is brand new. The rooms are nice and the Internet connection reliable. The breakfast is very decent, the restaurant serves food (lunch, dinner) all day until late at night (room service is available), the lobby is spacious, and there is a big nice terrace. Smoking is forbidden and there was no smell of cigarette smoke inside the hotel at all. Additionally, there are supermarkets and pharmacies right next to the hotel, as well as a small mall with a couple of restaurants. As for transportation, front desk staff call a taxi company and a car would be available at the door of the hotel within a few minutes.

Mercure hotel has exceeded my expactions, especially when it comes to the food they serve in their restaurant. The only proper caesar salad i had in Prishtina so far, they also had wild salmon on the menu. Every staff member was friendly with a smile on their face. The rooms felt very cozy and warm, the mattreses were comfy, pretty much the overall experience was amazing.
