Everything was amazing from the first minute. The hotel and room were tidy and clean. I felt home since I arrived. The hotel is located close to different venues, which makes accessibility easy to everywhere. The staff were helpful and committed. All went smoothly and in a professional manner. I wanted to extend a special thanks to Ms.Elona for her assistance and outstanding support during my stay, the delicious breakfast she and her team offered and the nice spirit and smile she spread which made the clients feel at home. A person who is aware of her roles and responsibilities. Ms. Dijone, the iconic receptionist, thanks for your exceptional care and attention during my stay at the hotel. Your professionalism and kindness truly made my visit memorable. It’s not a not like, but I do wish breakfast began earlier. With that said I have stayed here a few times and go in early and things are set up and no one chases me away.

Location The location is perfect. I also think the breakfast is great. I can get an omelet cooked how I like… even with aijar in it! The front desk help is super attentive. There are little things like a tips, soap, and a dental kit that are appreciated.

The air conditioning system is running warmer than the set temperature, I had to keep the window open at night to have a comfortable feeling.

The bed was not firm enough.

The front desk clerk was very helpful with my check in and with fulfilling some basic requests. She was very professional and courteous. Met my expectations. I liked all the available television channels.

The hairdryer in our room was broken - there was a sign on it saying not to use. The wifi wasn’t very good and kept logging out. It worked fine downstairs in the breakfast room, but not upstairs in our room. The water wasn’t very hot in the morning.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring Pristina. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were great and very helpful. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. My flight was at 8am so i had to check out at 6am, so they made breakfast for me at that time. Great.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. Also i dont wanna forget i thank Miss Dijona for the excellent work and the proper service she offers. I totally recommend this hotel, i felt like in my home
