There is nothing to complain.

Everything is perfect: a spacious and well equipped room, a very good breakfast (you are asked what kind of egg you would like to have), very friendly staff. I would always book again the Pinocchio. You cannot get more for the money.

It is not right in the center, but on top of the hill with some embassies, which is still 15 mins away so not bad at all.

this was my second stay there - and for sure not my last one! besides of the good location of the hotel, just a 15 min walk away from the city center, everything is great; the rooms are spacious, clean, the bed is absolutely comfy, there is a gym and a small spa, the breakfast is rich and besides of the complementary part one will be provided with freshly made egg variations, the restaurant itself is totally worth a visit and the staff is simply amazing - attentive, polite, helpful & simply welcoming! it’s really easy to feel at home here!

Maybe bring back sauna and massage

From check in to check out all of the staff was superb! The free breakfast was better than any I have had with eggs how you like them, cereals yogurt, meats and cheeses, bread and cresants not to mention the best macchiato in town! The regular menu at Pinocchio is equal or better than any 5 star resteraunt I've eaten at. From arranging taxis to tying my husband's tie for our daughters wedding everyone went over and above! If you go to Pristina make sure to book a room or at least fo to the resteraunt for lunch or dinner!!! We loved it!

Phones in the rooms didn't work during our stay there and there was an empty beer bottle in my fridge when I arrived (the staff didn't charge for that of course so probably it was just left there by a previous visitor).

We stayed here on a business trip and enjoyed our time fully. Breakfast was amazing and the staff very hospitable, friendly, polite and kind! Our extra wishes were granted for example we had to leave earlier than breakfast was served one morning and they served us food earlier than their official hours. Restaurant was a pleasant and surprising experience also. The hotel offers a breathtaking view of the city and is situated in a calm and quiet area. Rooms are very spacious and clean with lovely balconies. Wifi worked perfectly. The pool downstairs was a luxury that made our days and mornings! On the day of our departure the staff ordered us a ride and offered us last coffee before our journey back home. I will definitely recommend Hotel Pinocchio.

What an amazing hotel ! on the hillside, overlooking the city center. 10 minute walk to the center. if you are lucky like me, you will have a perfect sight over the city. Very helpful and amazing personnel. Good food in the restaurant (not expensive). nice swimming pool. perfect !

Honestly, it’s a little more expensive than the average Kosovar hotel (yet not as expensive as a Western Europe hotel), but the amazing extra value you get: worth every euro. Delicious restaurant, good breakfast. Very clean rooms, with a great view. Extremely helpful and attentive staff. If you want a care-free stay, book it. It’s really not that far from the centre (and downhill going there). The wellness is as it should be. The hygiene standards are a huge relief compared to other hotels in the area.
