The staff were extremely friendly. The receptionist helped us find a parking space and even bought us a coffee on departure.

We are in vacation with my friend and stayed in here, we are so glad to choose here, in fact we extended our stay after our first night because the hotel is brilliant. First of all, the staff was very kind and they helped us so much about our trip, we really want to thank them so much once again from here as well. Room was totally perfect very big and clean. The location is very good as well, its right around so many great restaurants, markets, coffee shops, pubs and even nightclubs. If we come Prishtine again, definiately the only place we gonna stay would be this hotel.

A small and personable hotel. . Butrint and all staff are friendly staff and couldn't do enough to make my stay comfortable. Great location, just five minutes from the City Centre. Good value for money. Clean room and nice breakfast delivered to the room.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

There was NO elevator! I had a large suitcase, and I felt badly having to ask the hotel staff to carry it to my room on the second floor. The balcony of my room, which was small but nice, overlooked a busy street and was a bit noisy (but nice for anyone who might like people watching). Although probably not a common occurrence, the TV in my room did not work. The hotel staff tried for quite some time to fix it., but they were unsuccessful. I was not offered a different room (nor did I ask for one - so 50% of the blame is mine).

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel is in a nice location, and it was a very clean hotel. It had an in-room coffee maker and mini-bar. The bathroom included soap, shampoo, and nice towels. The staff aided me in ordering a taxi whenever I needed one.

Room was clean and comfortable and hotel is well located just five minute walk from Mother Teresa with various eating places nearby. Staff were very helpful and engaging in answering any questions.

It was amazing experince to stay in Plaza Boutique Hotel. Room was so clean, comfortable, hotel was silent. The guy who in the reception was so polite and good hospitality. He supported us about having taxi& shuttle from airport to hotel and from Pristina-Skopje. I would be preferred to stay in that hotel in my upcoming trips to Kosova.

I travelled with my husband and we are very impressive with the staff and hotel facilites. The hotel is in center of the city. The staff was very kind to us and very helpfull, good service. The hotel is value for the money, excellent location, rooms are beautiful, cleaned daily, and plenty of restaurants/coffee and bars nearby hotel. Highly recommend to everyone.
