Spacious rooms, very useful if you are travelling with several suitcases. The staff is helpful and friendly, the state of the rooms (e.g. broken fridge) and especially the bathrooms could use some upgrading

The one thing that we didn't enjoy was their breakfast. We waited for a longer time than usual and also breakfast was average in comparison with waiting time.

The host was very warm to us, rooms were wonderful with very comfortable bed and bathroom was also really good

The bed, comforter, and pillows were so uncomfortable. Comforter was way too short for 2 people and the pillows were super flat and small. It practically felt like you were sleeping with no pillow.

The staff was super friendly and helpful! They recommended great restaurants and gave us an upgrade. The room was cozy and the location was super great.

Breakfast was by menu rather than buffet. This was fine except the menu was quite limited and a few items not available. I asked for a second coffee and was told I had to pay extra. I've never experienced that before. Smoking in the breakfast room. (that's the country's rules so I can't do much about it but I didn't like it while I am eating. The shower was very scaled and there was a flip up/down seat which, when I raised it, oozed a mysterious brown gunk. The shower controls were hard to work out. I pressed a number of buttons on it to find they operated a fitted FM radio. In the room I found a kettle but no other facilities such as cups, tea/coffee etc. The Air con needed a pilot license to use. Despite the write up I saw no evidence of the following items listed on the booking. I didn't need them but they should be there:- Bathrobe Safety deposit box Cleaning products Slippers ironing facilities Tea/Coffee maker Hairdryer Fan Alarm clock Tumble dryer Dining table Hand sanitiser Air purifiers

The staff were helpful. The room was large and quiet. The location was excellent as it was easy to reach the central area.

Room opened onto a terrace that could be accessed by anyone in the hotel. The window looking onto this terrace only had netting and no curtain, allowing people on the terraceto see into the room in the evenings when the lights in our room were on, this made us very uncomfortable

Although breakfast was included, it was not satisfactory at all. Very hard bread, cheese the size of an olive, eggs with sausage that smelled like fish. Don't expect too much because you won't get enough. The bathroom was not the same as in the photo, the bathtub was not working, none of the connections were working, if you fill the bathtub with water, water leaks from everywhere. Water entered the living room from the bathroom through the wall, the bathroom cabinets and the bathtub are terrible. The bathroom door was broken and wouldn't close. The air conditioner did not heat, they put a huge cupboard in front of the air conditioner, the room was cold, we asked for an extra blanket. There were no channels on the TV, the kettle in the room was broken. The entrance door of the room was also broken and the window of our room was facing the wall of another building, creating the feeling of a prison. There is no ventilation in the room.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Indoor heated swimming pool was excellent and we had this to ourselves for about an hour. Excellent breakfast and very close to a really good street with lots of bars and restaurants.

The bathroom was still dirty (see my previous review 09/08/22) and the floor mat had not been replaced or cleaned and was dirty. The shower is unacceptably unclean.

I was unable to take breakfast as I left the hotel early in the morning but the night receptionist was kind enough to made me a coffee and orange juice.

They didnt change the bedsheets, and the reason they gave us was because of the festival, the bathtub was also with pubic hair. They tried to charge us more than what we booked. And the guy at the reception took my number from Booking and started texting unapropriate things at 4am and we heard steps behind our door. not safe for solo travelers.

Long, list: 1. airconditioning did not work with outdoors temperatures of 38C; 2. TV set did not work; 3. used bedsheets; 4. bathrobe with somebody’s make-up traces; 5. 3 days stay no housekeeping cleaning service in the room; 6. breakfast - waiting time 45-60 min. dirty tablecloths.

The air condition was not working properly. Also, the bathroom was too narrow, with a strange pillar structure in it. In addition, the queen size bed was not that much comfortable.
