Great location right near the Old Bazaar. Excellent views of beautiful Peja from the 9th floor. Convenient on-site parking. Very comfortable room and friendly staff.

Communication was not always smooth, though overall the hotel was helpful and staying there was a good experience.

Good location. Pleasant view from room balcony. Decent rooftop restaurant. Very good value for money. Quite liked the raised location above a shopping centre 9 floors up in a lift.

Despite the name, this hotel is nice and personal and friendly. Great location, great view over the city. Lovely terrace. Nice staff. The room was fabulous with a huge bed and even a sofa with a view! Breakfast is fine.

The tv in the room was so fiddly but we managed to make it work. The light in the room was a bit too dim to read comfortably.

Very interesting building, probably from Yugoslavian times, just minutes from the bus station. The views from the city and surrounding mountains were impressive. The restaurant (with said views) had excellent local dishes, which, as well as the room, was so inexpensive, especially for how enjoyable it was. Another positive note about the eating area is that the staff were playing pleasant, grown-up music, a relief from the ubiquitous Albanian Hip-Hop which seems unavoidable in this part of Europe.

I waited half an hour for my crepes. In the morning half an hour may mean you will miss your flight.

I loved the location and the view from the terrace. It's just 7 min walk from the bus station. The staff is very friendly and nice. Not everyone speaks English though. Breakfast was good, there were not too many people so I had to order it but it was OK.

The lobby's bathrooms were a bit off, but the rest was ok.

- When leaving the elevator you were already able to smell the smoke of cigaretts. As a non-smoker it is not really nice entering the lobby and being faced by that small. - Bathroom was clean but that hairdryer. If you have long and full hair you better take your personal one with you. You will save lots of time. Also there was a strong smell of chemicals in the bathroom. I guess its due to their cleaning products. - Lobby looks like it has seen its best times and it was way to dark in the evening.

Location is amazing. You are in the middle of the centre and you can reach everything within minutes. Staff at the parking was really friendly and helpful. The younger staff upstairs in the hotel was also very friendly and helpful. Room was big and it was really nice being able to move around.

When i got to my room, there were no curtains and the toilet had wee all over the seat etc. Obviously it hadn’t been cleaned. I don’t know why there were no curtain’s especially if there are bright neon lights outside. It was 1 am and there was no one at the reception to fix it so i put some sheets in front of the windows and put them through the frame to get some sleep. Did not use the toilet all night. Somehow spent the night and complained in the morning. Asked for a different room, which they did not give. They fix the problem and apologised, but i did warn them that i shall be writing this in my review. They only have 7 or 8 rooms ( i have been told) but the problem was very basic and shows poor house keeping and checking. By the way, the booking wasn’t made the night before but many weeks prior; so they had plenty of time to sort the room. Also, i had booked 3 rooms and i got the smallest with a tiny bathroom for the same price that my friends paid, but got bigger rooms ( one did pay slightly more though but the other didn’t). Basically, the hotel is located well but poorly managed and hence I would not recommend staying there due to poor house keeping ( filthy!)

location was good and the reception staff was very friendly. Not sure if were being nice after the mistakes were made or if they were genuinely nice. But i shall give them benefit of doubt
