We asked for two quiet rooms close to each other, and the hotel confirmed that this could be fulfilled. However, on check-in, we were given rooms on different floors, but we spotted that straight away and were given 2 rooms next to each other. Unfortunately, both of them were above the piano bar with a loud music till very late hours. We were not able to sleep each night till the music was over.

This is a 5 star hotel, worthy of every star. With lots of restaurants on board, pools indoor,jacuzzi, sauna, massage etc, Everything screems high end and class. It's great place to even just chill. Every room is with dedicated WiFi router where you can connect on the cable. Great place to check out Pristina, worth it's price. Also great place for conference and business meetings. Food is really good, and one of the restaurants serves high end dining experience, if you want to experience tastes. I didn't try so I can't really say if it's worth it, but just the possibility of it there is great

The mattress in our double bed could be better. It has lost its shape, maybe needs to be replaced. But the overall experience is very good.

The hotel is very nice but the staff attitude is superb. Especially the staff at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast is very attentive to your needs, super polite and make you feel very welcome.

I left a very glowing review previously in which I mentioned it's hands down the best hotel I ever stayed at in my life And the staff was incredible and the spa spectacular But I forgot to mention the breakfast spread Incredible extensive and delicious....WOW!!! My only complaint is that the website does not do the spa Justice I didn't even see a picture of One of the saunas let alone all of them nor the steambath I didn't even know they had them when I booked So I would suggest Re doing the website And giving the spa a lot more attention because it really is wonderful

Hands down the best hotel I stayed at in my life The spa which includes 4 saunas steam room and a wonderful pool are amazing as is the staff especially the girls at the front desk Soooo Wonderful and Welcoming But really the whole staff is incredible This Hotel is able to pull off that rare combination of being extremely chic yet extremely relaxed... I'm not an expert about Pristina But talking to people They say that's no doubt the best hotel in the city I would say it's one of the best hotels in the world!!! Especially when you talk about value for money... I don't know who the owner is but they should be very proud of themselves.... And I have a feeling that they have the same energy of the hotel- Very cool and very relaxed Even if you don't plan to go to Kosovo This hotel is reason enough for coming!!!

It was a bit tricky to find at the begining but location was very good.

Well, everything was perfect. Staff, service was excellent. Breakfast was very very good with lots of varieties. Once you arrive in front of the hotel, staff personel come and take your car immediately to park it. They also keep the car key which personally i found it very nice. If you need something from your car, they will immediately provide the key and when you leave the hotel, they bring the car immediately to you. This is something i have not experienced before in other hotels. Also, some guy comes and takes your luggage and brings it at your room. This is something few hotels do. Food was very nice, waiters service excellent, room was spacious and very well decorated with all you need, even a toothbrush. Toilet was big, especially the shower area. SPA area was wonderful, the pool was very good, jacuzzi was amazing, they had finish sauna, bio sauna, ice cave, steam bath and even a smoking area in the SPA zone. In general it was a great experience. I will return again.

I didn't expect people from outside to be allowed to use the pool when there wasn't enough space for hotel guests. We felt bad when we had to wait about 2 hours to use the sauna or to find any free sunbeds in the pool. ⛔️ The behavior of employees in the gym, pool and SPA section as well. They had nothing to do with the rest of the staff, who were very friendly!

Even though the hotel is not old, some rooms' furniture needs upgrades and repairs. In addition, the hotel needs to join larger hotel chains so points can be collected (i.e., Marriot Bonvoy). One issue that should be noted is the fact that the SPA and indoor pull are often under maintenance, which should be communicated to guests well in advance. Finally, I would have appreciated the possibility of paying with AmericanExpress, which is unavailable.

Centrally located at the heart of Prishtina, Swiss Diamond is the best hotel in town. Their staff speaks fluent English and goes to lengths to help you with everything. Breakfast is good, and the macchiatos are excellent. The rooms are quiet, while the bathrooms are well maintained. The lounge bar is perfect for relaxing after a long day.
