The noise from the mall 200m away was SO loud and went on until 5am!! Windows need to be triple glazed to allow anyone to sleep.

Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and helpful staff, good buffet breakfast and very pleasant public areas to sit and eat/drink.

Windows not tinted. So can't have the blinds open making the room dark if lights aren't switched on. Sometimes one just wants natural lighting in the room without compromising on privacy. Also it would be good to upgrade from shower curtains as sometimes water would spill onto the bathroom floor.

The breakfast options could be revised to include and accommodate vegetarian/vegan meals. Additional costs in the breakfast section do not make sense especially for the price point.

The night club Da Capo is just opposite of the hotel and it plays very loud music open air until 5 am!!! If you receive a room in the front part of the hotel be prepared to spend the night in the middle of a music festival. íI received an other room at the back front of the hotel, it was ok.

Very good interior design. Very helpful and good staff. The rooms are practical, clean, comfortable. The breakfast is the usual standard hotel breakfast.

-There is no tea/coffee or kettle in the room, that is a 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺. Especially when you're charging as much as $140 for the room we had. -No room service is also an inconvenience. -Very little privacy on the balcony, especially between rooms. -Shower setup does not match the room rates at all, extremely basic :( -We didn't see a pool, etc, so again not great value for money...

Good location close to the food places and shopping. Nice restaurant, great food though extremely pricey. Clean rooms, and most important - bedding was clean and luxurious. Really, 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵! Room card access only, to rooms for guests is a good security feature.

The truth is that since it was my first stay there I could see that all the staff was very attentive, I loved the innovative decoration, I will return this Thursday, so far I have no complaints. I hope they continue like this with all the guests who stay there.

The breakfast food was delicious. I hope they have good health control in the kitchen. Unfortunately, I was contaminated with a parasite in a hotel in Lusaka and I was sick. I won't say it. the name out of respect and prudence, I ate in several places, but then when my son returned home he also had a relapse, then I confirmed with a girl who was in the same hotel and she told me that she only had breakfast and dinner. She didn't come out there. because she arrived tired and the next day she had to go to work, and she also got contaminated, so those who work in the kitchen must be very careful when washing vegetables and fruits, and their hands is just a recommendation, but her breakfast was delicious, and the Attention The chefs and staff were very attentive, I hope they continue like this, attention and courtesy are very important and make you return to that place.Very well located

The room was small and noisy because it was too close to the rooftop bar area. The concierge should point out the anemities and how the electric windowshades work.

The location is good and close to restaurants. The decor and overall look of the hotel is modern, clean and is pleasing to the eye. The room was clean.

The bathroom can use some racks, for those of us who carry our own toiletries, also put a fridge in all the rooms.

The shower curtian need to be fixed. After a shower u have water on the floor. Minor issues but important nonetheless. It wld be nice to have a fridge in the room too.

The rooms are small and bathrooms tiny! But if you use it for one night it is acceptable. The room 46 and 45 are close to the entrance to the bar area and can be noisy until late. The concierge escorting you to the room has to explain how the electric blinds and curtains work! The noise from music coming from the parking lot across at East Park Mall boomed the whole night until the next morning! Bummer!

The location is very good and close to the restaurants. The new look and decor are really different and I like the modern look. The remote control blinds are awesome! The staff was friendly but could suggest an upgrade to my room without me asking.

The room is as big as the container, so not so big and the price per room could have been lower a bit.

Great new innovative hotel made of containers. Excellent location right next to the mall where you can use a big gym for free.
