We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaIn general the food was good but not the greatest we've had but then we didn't go there for the food. For the price you pay to stay it would'nt hurt to offer a simple dinner included in your package. Most of the wines offered were way over priced and mostly imported from RSA. However having said this I would still stay here again as all in all it was AMAZING.
Spectacular view over the Zambezi river with the mist of the falls in the distance. Within a short, safe walk to the falls. Super helpful and friendly staff who are obviously very well trained. Loved the Zebras, Impalas and Giraffe calmly walking around the property. Bed was super comfortable and the room spotless with a stunning view.
