Some small improvements: There could be more cooking and cleaning utensils provided. Side tables/ shelves would be handy in the bedroom, living room and bathroom. Shower curtain needs to be longer to avoid water spraying onto the bathroom floor. Towel rack outside shower would be handy.

It is a very quiet, comfortable and secure location. You can safely park your car. The apartments are spacious and clean. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. WiFi works well and there is a tv with dstv. The bed is comfortable and extra blankets provided are very handy.

There was a condom box, half open, in the top drawer of headboard. Most unacceptable he advert stated that this booking was bed & breakfast, Yet there was no breakfast

There were some maintenance issues with the sink/taps leaking in the kitchenette. I raised this with the caretaker and would like to believe the owner is addressing this issue. A work desk and proper coffee table in the living area would be a great addition, much needed. Otherwise a good place to stay.

The site has an old number for an old employee who has since left the property and it is difficult to get in touch with them. They said they have tried to change the number without success. Booking.com needs to help here and assist the property change the number.

The place is located in a quiet place and has good facilities. They also have good internet. The caretaker and the owner is very helpful and actually sympathized with our cause. We will definitely return there should we need to go back to Harare. The place is clean and well kept, secure. The grounds are also superb.

There is no heating in the rooms. It was cold at times in the lounge.

The staff was pleasant and attended to our needs. The location is quiet.

The rooms were dirty and stinking and the airfreshner canister which was in room was empty. Surprisingly the staff couldnt notice. There was only one towel in the bathroom. The lounge couch had a lot of stains, hey the whole apartment was pathetic.

The kitchen which I was fully equipped did not have many utensils. There is no sitting area to eat in private. The couch was worn and stool burnt. Nowhere to put my own toiletries in bathroom. No side tables in bathroom. Nightguard slept all night only switched on security lights at 0248. Guardroom and laundry area very untidy andu have to pass them to access rooms.... terrible first impression. Kitchen equipment was biggest disappointment but caretaker and his wife were very helpful and kind.
