The staff is exceptional. A special mention of Tim and Monica who made sure our tour bookings were the best options that worked for us and answered any and all questions we had about beautiful Hobart. The rooms themselves are well-appointed, quirky, comfortable, and just easy to relax in. We needed to keep our bags at the property after checkout for many hours as we had tours planned and the hotel did not hesitate to accommodate us.

The room was enormous, the place cosy and the other guests were friendly. The staff who came in to clean found an item belonging to my granddaughter that had no financial value but huge personal value and sat it on the front of our hire car so we found it as we returned from breakfast, having left the room but parked the car there.
