The staff is courteous, welcoming, professional. The room and bathroom are spacious, clean. Shower had hot water for the most part (once became cold but warmed up after awhile). Small but functional fitness room. Extra thick blankets to keep warm in bed. Great location, within walking distance from the city's center, malls, bus station, and pedestrian street shops.
