The location is great. This is what we were looking for. A family friendly environment. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the view.

Everything is clean and well-organised in this hotel. The rooms are well laid out with a nice bathroom and separate toilet. A lovely breakfast buffet is set out each morning with everything you need for an excellent start to the day. There is a small bar with two types of beer on draught and a good selection of bottled beers. You can help yourself to hot drinks at any time. There is free unlimited Wi-Fi which is easy to connect to. The staff are happy to assist and are helpful to non-French speakers like me!

The host was absolutely brilliant, from welcome to exit farewell. Providing a map to visit local sites of interest close to the hotel, magic. Very centrally located and close to beach. We were the only patrons due to end of tourist season and the extra effort for breakfast was excellent customer service. Nothing was a problem. Wished we had of stayed an extra night. Secure bike storage.

The location is perfect so close to the quai. The owner was really friendly and helpful even in the face of my husband’s stress trying to get into the car park! That is a bit of a challenge for a long car but not impossible. The bedroom was at the front so we had a view of the river between rooftops and it’s a quiet street. The shower room is a bit cramped but fine for a short stay. Altogether a very pleasant overnight stop.

Breakfast was excellent we took this in our room and enjoyed the scenery from our balcony the restaurant in the evening was exceptional the taste the quality of service was second to none we were delighted with the facilities and used the spar and pool etc. Spar and Restaurant were wonderful quality food quality service knowing France and England / USA we thought the Service was level with the UK and USA which is not always the case in France generally speaking however the hotel service and the fact that people knew and understood it was a special occasion made everything even more perfect from when we arrived to our bedroom, through to the evening meal made it exceptional thank you
