    Vanessa the host met us on arrival and took us around the property. She was a lovely host, baked us a smashing cake, and made sure that we were comfortable and settled in. The property was very well appointed and clean. Everything was done to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.

    Tranquil setting only a short drive from all amenities, lovely clean and spacious accommodation with a well-equipped kitchen and everything you need for a relaxing self-catering break. The outside patio area is a great sun trap, and the comfortable garden lounge chairs were a great bonus! Donna was a welcoming, friendly and professional host during our stay.

    Lovely place to stay in the wonderful Lake district. Very comfortable with everything you need provided. The owner call us in the morning to give the directions to get the keys. We have appreciated the bottle of wine and the milk in the fridge on arrival

    Nothing was too much for our hosts, lovely couple. Attention to every little detail. Room was pure luxury and the views were amazing. as was the extensive breakfast. Will definitely go back over and over again.

    the cottage was lovely and very clean, complementary bottle of wine tea and coffee and free milk for us which was a lovely gesture. just 1 street behind main high street but still very quite, high street was lovely with lots of shops and places to eat, bars and a one stop in case you forgot somethings. loads of nice places to walk the dog and just outside your door step. really nice place just to relax.
