The hotel looked lovely when first entering and there was a nice atmosphere, music etc… I was impressed by the jacuzzi style bathtub and it was nice and powerful so that was very relaxing. The only nice thing I found was that my girlfriend had rang the hotel and paid extra for a plate that said happy birthday written in chocolate sauce with some sweet bits on the side.

Everything, the amazing decor and the gorgeous reception. The fantastic reception staff, especially the gentleman who serenaded us up and down the little lift to the main reception every time we used it!! The rooms were absolutely gorgeous, and so lovely and comfortable. Can't wait to revisit this gorgeous hotel.

The room we were in was spacious, bright and relaxing and the rest of the building was much the same with a big breakfast room and Rec room, if we return to Liverpool we will definitely be staying there again! Castle lodge was excellent value for money

The whole building was just absolutely gorgeous! My favourite part was the spa of course, me and my partner had such a relaxing and romantic experience, with a lovely massage! The room was lovely and spacious, great selection of drinks and snacks! I added on the ultimate romantic package which was such a special touch, there was rose petals, prosecco and some chocolates and a message saying happy birthday! I couldnt be more happier of our stay it was honestly amazing!

We stayed at the hotel last night for my fiancé’s 30th birthday, I sent the hotel a message after booking to tell them of the occasion and upon arriving at the hotel they had upgraded our room free of charge from a luxury room previously booked to a deluxe balcony room on the top floor of the hotel! They also left a Beatles birthday card in our room for my boyfriend, it was a lovely thing to do! 100% recommend the hotel and can’t wait to stay again :)
