The location was ideal, very close to everything both the old venetian port, the centre and the central bus station. The staff was very polite and very helpful on everything we needed. The pool area was nice to swim and eat. The food was excellent and the prices were legit. The welcome treat was nice and appreciated. It is highly recommended.

很好的度假地，基本都是希腊或附近欧洲国家的游客，热闹，但不嘈杂。酒店干净，地理位置好，酒店人员很友善。早餐，晚餐都有不错的选择。干尼亚的消费也不算高。

We couldn't have dreamed of a better place for a trip for two. The facility is located in the most beautiful street we have seen in Crete, a few steps from the port of Chania. The host is very nice and helpful. We recommend a room with a balcony, the view is like from old movies, very atmospheric and with restaurant tables underneath. The room was very clean, all the furniture was new and cosy. Bathroom was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. At night you can hear life in the old town, but very gently, it is a very nice ambient for sleeping. I recommend it to all romantics and fans of atmospheric places! Can't wait to come back!

Lovely boutique hotel in fantastic location. Right beside old town and ten minute walk from a beautiful little beach. Book the 3rd floor room with large private terrace - it’s amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially Olga.

We were surprised with a room upgrade so I can't say first-hand about the original room we booked. But we were given such a wonderful room! Very large, great natural light with huge windows, beautifully decorated, and clean. Very comfortable bed, smart tv, a lovely balcony, etc. A/C worked great. A wonderful stay. Location is fantastic for exploring/shopping and restaurants in the old town and very close to the water. Staff was lovely and welcoming, great communication in advance of our arrival.

I can't stress enough how clean, welcoming and beautiful this quiet little hotel is. The design is just so smart, everything makes sense, the rooms are impeccable. The patio is private and still very open, so you get to enjoy the jacuzzi to the fullest. Also, it is important to notw that staff were extremely professional, helpful and reliable. Everything was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.
