1st time staying at the Oakwood. It was more than I bargained for. The staff were tremendously polite and efficient - from check-in to the restaurant to check-out. Key was delivered to me while I had lunch, waiting for my room to be ready. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it was difficult to wake up the next morning. Breakfast spread was sufficient as I am not one for too many selections.

Check in的時候櫃檯人員提供美味的烤餅乾 押金可以直接折抵飯店的消費，並且不強迫押金 初入房間其實遇到不少設備上的問題， 但服務人員很友善且有效的協助解決 在旅途的結束我將一些物品遺留在飯店裡，在透過Whatsapp與飯店人員聯繫後，最終他們將物品跨國寄還給我，感謝Ayunisa, Sedco以及Vitto 這家飯店的設備不是最新或者最豪華的，但服務絕對是在天花板之上。

I would suggest that the food should be international to match all the nationalities and such step from the management will gain many profits to the hotel as we suffered alot for searching arabic food in Jakarta.

The decor was very modern, cozy and chic. The hotel wasn’t located near the main roads so we didn’t get much noise from the traffic.

I love almost all part of it🥰 1. The room is well-decorated, spacious, and very homey. On top of the usual hotel facilities, the room is also equipped with washing machine, microwave oven, induction stove, as well as kitchenware sets. You can also borrow iron and hairdryer if you need. There is even a small section dedicated for you to wear make up and a large wardrobe to put your clothes inside. The bathroom is very comfortable to use. the shower room and the bathtub are among the largest i have ever seen. 2. The staff is generally very friendly, and will try to accomodate ur request. 3. The hotel is situated within central business district
