This place was phenomenonal. So much care and thought has gone into every inclusion in the rooms and was so appreciated. The shower was also amazing. The location was barely a 2 minute walk from La Spezia Centrale and a few minutes from the delightful centre of town with restaurants and a lovely carousel.

Location is 5 minute walking to the station. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in instructions were clear and the host,Rossella was very welcoming and helpful. It was one of the best accomodations during my vacation.

everything was perfect!!!The room was extremely clean. towels was smelling freshness. I felt like I was in my mother's house. Mrs Giuseppina was very friendly, kind and she had everything in perfection. The breakfast included fresh croissants with cream and chocolate, fruit salad, yogurt, jam and Nutella and cappuccino and tea she was serving it in the room in a small Italian balcony. For welcome we had limoncello. And finally for me it's small print that it is very near to the train station,even if it was at the other side of Spezia i would sourly stay there again. P. S. First time i write so good comments for a room

Hi.. okay so we booked this for our explorers who had left their wallet in the room with some money and card. They then reached out to us and we then got in touch with Giovanni, the superb & amazing host, who was so quick in his responses and immediately went to the property to look for the described wallet. He found it and sent a photo of it. To our surprise, he took the guests' postal address of the UK, went to the post office, packed everything up and sent it free of cost!! He did not take even a penny for it. Where do we find such kind hearted people nowadays?! So a BIG THANK YOU to Giovanni who went out of his way to help us and leave such a beautiful mark of kindness. Much respect & love from the entire team of Journee. Cheers!

The room was in a nice historic building, right in front of the train station for Cinque Terre and just around the corner of the main street of the city center. It is very nicely decorated and equiped with small but useful details such as suitcase stands. Coffee, tea and some snacks were free from the house. It was clean and it was also refreshed for us since we booked it for two nights. Riccardo, the owner did help us very much by explaing all the details for the train tickets to Cinque Terre, the parking options, the city center and nearby excursions like Porto Venere.
