What a charming place!!! Filled with quirky memorabilia and with a beautiful outdoor space. Across from the ocean and from quite a few Stabilimento. Icy cold air conditioning and a nice breakfast buffet. This trip, I just needed a stay over between flights, but next trip, I will make this fabulous boutique hotel a destination! An extra thanks to the reception for the friendly service and information about the area. Look forward to next time!

Very detailed check-in details. Very good place for a night on the way to the airport, or for a longer stay there are some places of interest very close to visit. The host ordered a taxi for us, cold water bottle in the fridge for refreshment. Fully equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy room.

The room was clean, comfortable and secure, with enough space, and had a lovely covered private terrace. Breakfast is not included but there is an amazing bakery/bar/cafe right next door where you can get wonderful pastries and slices of pizza. You can also park there, and it's popular with local people. All the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to Ostia Antica in 20-30 minutes (although the road is quite busy) and there is a supermarket and restaurants nearby. The place doesn't look much from the road, but don't judge from the first impression. We were only there 2 nights before returning to the airport, but we wouldn't hesitate to return for a longer stay as it's possible to travel into the centre of Rome using public transport, or visit the coast.

Made our trip to Ostia Antica so easy, two train stops. Next time would also consider staying here and doing day trips to Rome because the apartment is so lovely and Ostia has a relaxed pace. The terrace is gorgeous. Makes the five flights of stairs worthwhile! The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Francesca and her son were kind and thoughtful.
