We had an excellent stay. The hotel is right in the middle of this beautiful city. Fantastic room, we asked for a quiet one and it was perfect. Huge bathroom with spa bath and great shower. Breakfast was outstanding. Staff could not have been more helpful and booked us excellent authentic restaurants. If you are coming to Lucca you need to stay here.

Breakfast was delicious service friendly and efficient. I also loved the afternoon snacks and pre dinner wine was a treat! Staff from reception were absolutely fantastic helping us whenever we needed. Friendly and went beyond expectations! We loved the bikes too! Lucca was amazing to see with the bikes.

Great ambiance; the B&B is in a house once owned by Puccini's piano tuner, and has been kept up in it's original style, with just enough updates to make it comfortable by today's standards. AC is very welcomed in warm weather. Free parking. Fantastic location, about a 10 minute walk from Lucca's historical center. Run by Luca and his sister, who are very welcoming and helpful, from helping to get your bags to your room, to suggesting restaurants and things to see, and how to get around the area, from Pisa to Cinque Terre, and beyond.

Very easy parking on the premises and yet very short walk to old part of town. The room was exceptionally large, clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
