Breakfast was absolutely sumptuous. Location magical. I had booked a much more comfortable (and expensive) place because one of us has a significant disability; and had had two places cancel my booking. Santoni was the only place with room available and I couldn’t recommend more highly for friendliness, service, cleanliness and innovation. The only other place with a room available was laughably inferior to Santoni. They are not a luxury hotel and don’t claim to be. The rates are very good for what you get. They are perfect for most travelers and families, and actually pretty perfect for us.

Clean, comfortable, superb staff, exceptionally well maintained premises, modern, great location and the breakfast was absolutely the best we have ever experienced. Stupendous experience in every way. Thoughtful conveniences throughout the premises from free power banks for your phone, to power washers for your bike and so much more. I have to restate that the breakfast selection and quality was absolutely spectacular offering an amazing array of homemade savoury and sweet choices and went way beyond our expectations. Christine at reception was wonderful and made us feel very welcome and always helpful - I recommend a raise and a promotion ;-) Finally, my compliments to the management for the tremendous culture of hospitality they have instilled into every aspect of the hotel. If you could put into a bottle what you have created here and sell it, you’d become a multi billionaire.
