We had a couple of issues with our travel plans and they were super flexible and beyond nice. The place is incredibly clean. Its located very close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center. Its super quiet and nice to relax. We went to Verona to celebrate our anniversary and the hosts gave us a great bottle of wine. Plus they had this little cute bags with amenities, which came in handy cause of course, we forgot our toothpaste.

Some lovely staff at the hotel and super helpful. Could not do enough for you. The price of the hotel is very reasonable and the jacuzzi on the roof is a must and is free of charge! Breakfast was very comprehensive and Breakfast staff and reception staff were so accommodating. Definitely go back to this hotel.
