The building was secured with an access code and key was safely in a lockbox on our arrival. The location is great for seeing both the Kazimierz district and is a short walk into Krakow Old Town. The room was clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable.

We appreciated this spotlessly clean apartment, particularly the kitchen facilities (special mention for the induction plate, the dish washer and absolute top prize for the coffee machine) and the bathroom, which featured a very good shower (i.e. constant water temperature). The airco was also very much welcome since it was quite hot in Krakow when we were there. The view on the river was spectacular. Staff was friendly and always ready to help/answer questions, before our stay, upon arrival and during our couple of days there.
