What an amazing stay! Honestly worth every dollar, I spent a bit more than I usual would while travelling solo but i really felt like i got my money worth. The #1 standout about the trip was the staff, David, Gabriella & Rita (plus others who I didnt get names) were so welcoming & fun to talk to. Each one helped me in a different way & made my stay really nice. The rooms were very comfortable, i saw some negative reviews about hearing people walking around but honestly it wasnt bad. I am a very light & picky sleeper, my room was near the stairs & sometimes i heard people walk up but it wasnt disturbing. they also had a curtain that went across your door that muffled most hallway noise. Rooms were cleaned every afternoon which i LOVED. Felt good coming back to a nicely made bed after a long day. Good location, very easy to get to city & other places while being in a quiet neighborhood. would stay here again :)

My experience at The Lumiares Hotel & Spa - Small Luxury Hotels Of The World was simply outstanding. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The breathtaking view from the terrace overlooking the entire city made my stay particularly memorable. The rooms were quiet and created a relaxed atmosphere, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was absolutely top-notch. The hotel's location directly in the center was extremely convenient and allowed me to easily explore the surrounding attractions and the entire city on foot. Overall, The Lumiares Hotel & Spa exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing stay. I will definitely book the hotel again on my next visit. Never have I met such an outstanding staff. They were always available for questions & special requests, and were smiling & happy the entire time. Furthermore is the hotel extremely beautiful, with lovely spacious rooms (with a comfortable & BIG bed as well as a kitchen!). I will definitely return to this amazing hotel & staff as soon as I get the possibility to return to Lisbon! A plus is their delicious brunch...

The location is fantastic and the the staff were so kind and helpful! During the check-in we were offered Pastel de Belém along with port wine. We also got an upgrade to a bigger room and were welcomed with some sparkling wine and a card to enjoy our honeymoon. That was very lovely of the hotel, thank you again! We felt very welcomed and when we come back to Lisbon we’ll definitely choose Nicola Rossio Hotel.

Miguel met us at the apartment and gave us a run down of everything we needed to know. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine. The apartment had a well equipped kitchen and was clean, a good size and had a lovely terrace. The bed was very comfortable. The park outside was the perfect spot to relax in with a great vibe. We also liked the location. We really loved our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you for having us
